Great cheap property (£250 for 4 nights) in an easy to access location for the NEC. Lovely garden and quiet area.
The furnishings are SPARSE. I asked for clarification if there was a dining table and a sofa and recieved a yes. The "sofa" is a rigid love seat that BARELY squeezes 2 people on. I would much prefer the dining table in the kitchen and a bigger comfy sofa as without the whole place doesn't feel comfortable to relax in. Also why is the TV so high up? It doesn't need to be. Classic holiday home issue: Broken cooking utensils and missing items for cooking. Get a good non-stick frying pan and a set of good saucepans. I found ONE small kitchen knife and it was blunt.

Cleanliness,, mould on fridge door rubber, dirty mouldy window frames, dusty in general, we found 2 dirty forks left on the sink drainer, dirty bedside table.
