It's very good value for money, very clean. Do know that the amenities and bathroom are shared amongst 3 rooms, but we didn't have any problems with the other customers. We stayed there for a weekend event at the NEC and the commute was good, being close to the train station in a quiet neighborhood.

Wifi. Big TV for watching Crufts events when we were back in the evening. Hot water. Good shower although I prefer a bath . Hair dryer provided. Convenient for rail station. Take away delivered. Very helpful lifts for us to the venue. Clean.
I was not aware there was a third room and other people would be staying. Health wise for me , bathroom facilities are useful if close, I might have slept on the sofa for convenience , however with other people there that made it difficult. Not used to planes for the airport being quite so close and starting early!

Good communication from hosts throughout (much appreciated) Comfy bed, clean linen, tv in the room with netflix (my own account), good sized wardrobe with plenty of hangers, T&C in the room, shared lounge, kitchen & dining room. 1 paring space on the drive which I was lucky enough to have each day. Good heating/rad in room. Nice garden for summer! Supermarket is only a 4 minute drive.
The inner screen was missing from the window so it made it sound like the window was open, even thought it was closed. The shower thermostat control was missing off the shower so I couldn't control the temperature first morning. Host called & apologised & got a plumber straight away to adjust the temperature.
Shared toilet/bathroom was on the ground floor off the kitchen (preference is upstairs but cant be helped with this house layout, good to know if you have issues with going up n down stairs to use the bathroom middle of the night!
HOWEVER! I WOULD STAY AGAIN!
