Everything was pretty much perfect, room size was great, during the day it was very quiet. The size of the room was perfect for what I needed. The bed was really comfortable and the inclusion of a kettle in the room was really welcomed as I drink way too much coffee and didn't want to have to keep going down to the kitchen.
No issues whatsoever with the room or the accommodation at all. Only issue I had during the whole stay was someone snoring in the other room. Otherwise 10 out of 10, I'd stay there again if I ever needed to stay in Birmingham.

Friendly host, facilities were clean, easy check in process. Parking available in driveway despite late check in time
Woken up to sound of host cleaning other rooms. Room not completely soundproof and could hear sound of cars driving outside.
