Friendly staff, warm room and confidence bed with TV . I liked that there was a confi arm chair for relaxation on the bedside. Kitchen very clean. Host flexibility: I was first booked on the ground floor room while I preferred room on the first floor. The host kindly accepted to transfer me to another room on the first floor without any questions.
Bathroom could be improved .
Heating system could be improved to make boiler run on a central thermostat coz currently rooms are heated indefinitely or radiator must be closed or boiler running temperature turned down.

The host was very friendly and accommodating with my early arrival before the suggested check in time, after a long and tiring journey.
This allowed me to change and leave my luggage safely, prior to attending a funeral.

Access to the front and rear garden areas via pathways with fallen leaves needing to be cleared, but it is late Autumn...lol
