Did not feel safe with host sleeping in lounge… he was rude when I explained why we were not staying… the snarl of Asian food was overpowering , not able to lock our room door from the outside when not in room

Awful...give it a wide berth !

Kept waiting for an hour to get in the room...then the host had to hoover and change the bedding...no bedside lamp...no tea/coffee making acilities...no shower slip mat..poor selection of soaps etc...unhappy with sharing the flat with another guest...my worst stay ever...would not reccomend !

Good location near the station. Satisfactory communication with the owner.
I had booked and paid for a "private ensuite" room. I was told by the owner that due to "overbooking" an ensuite room wasn't available. I was provided a basic room with no TV, no side light and access to a shared family bathroom. No offer of a part refund was made.

Great location, good price. Host was helpful with entry procedure.
It wasn’t ensuite or with private bathroom as advertised. The bathroom was a shared facility with others. It would have been helpful to have had information re parking in advance. Facilities were basic, which was fine, but was expecting to have soap provided.
