There wasn't anything not to like. Great value for money. There was everything we needed. Good location to where we were going (WV1 fest, 10 minute walk) and only a short Uber to the town which is only a 20 minute walk but didn't fancy it lol.
Very quiet too. Will definitely use again when up that way
If I was to be extremely picky, the bed was a little on the small side

The property looked exactly as advertised in the photos. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my stay.

While small, the space is well laid out. The hosts have put genuine thought into the amenities, touchpoints, and supplies, which makes it stand out from typical budget guesthouses. Communication was fast and informative, while the location is fairly convenient for getting in and out of town.
The absence of air conditioning will be a significant drawback in the summer months. It's definitely more of a functional workspace/crash pad than a romantic escape. I also found the tone of the automated instructions a bit hostile - receiving a barrage of strict warnings about not smoking or partying before even setting foot at the property felt unnecessarily confrontational and detracted from the overall experience.
