Shared facilities were not mentioned during booking; a low and soft bed made it difficult for me to stand up because of my mobility issues

Absolutely disgusting for someone with mental health and needed a bed for a few nights

Nothing Rude I have mental health and instead of just leaving me alone he threw me out at 4am in the morning

Cosy and tidy.

Quiet neighbourhood. Close to the centre, even closer to the train station and bus station.

Nothing to complain about. I only had an issue with finding the right entrance to the building, but I get lost easily. (the entrance it’s in the court with the parking for permit holders, added a pic.)

I didn't stay - place is unsafe

A bizarre experience. I work in Wolverhampton (at the University) and needed somewhere basic and cheap to sleep as I live a long commute away. When I found the property, the access details didn't work for me so I called John who kept telling me I was in the wrong place even though I knew I wasn't, he then said that I must be getting the access code wrong and I explained I was getting an error message on the LCD display. It all got quite heated and he made me feel I was stupid rather than helping me (I am not stupid) - I kept trying to explain but he wouldn't listen and offered no help. I started to worry that this room was within his home and I already felt unsafe. I asked him if that was the case and he told me 'he didn't want me to stay in his apartment' - I don't think this property should be listed on Booking - it has a good review by just one person. I wish I had paid more attention to that before booking. I ended up getting a premier Inn and have messaged Booking to no avail. I didn't pay much but I don't want to give my money away. Booking's customer service is nothing more than FAQs. I spend a huge amount on hotels, but I'm not sure I will book with Booking again.
