Pulizia e igiene della stanza in primis, disponibilità di tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno. Vicinanza al centro, raggiungibile a piedi o comodamente con i mezzi pubblici. Zona molto tranquilla, comodo il parcheggio gratuito davanti all'alloggio. Fortemente consigliato.

Das Appartement ist hell und gut geschnitten. Es ist eine Küchenzeile und ein modernes Bad vorhanden.
Die Unterkunft hat nicht auf meine Kontaktaufnahme reagiert. Es gab keinen Schlüsseltresor, wir mussten den Schlüssel in einigen Briefkästen suchen. Es gab wenig Geschirr, benutztes Geschirr stand schmutzig in der Spülmaschine. Es gab keine Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine. Das Quartier liegt zu Fuß gut 20 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, ein Großteil davon geht es über Treppen steil bergauf.
