location is prime. facilities all as described.

We can not really lock the front door of hte appartment, but the neighbor around was nice so there was no urgent needs at the time. The terrace access was actually shared by the whole building so it's not juts for this appartment. the parking spot was occupied by others in the beginning, but in the end host managed to mediate this situation.

מרכזי. תמורה טובה למחיר. לא מתאימה לכל אחד.

זו דירה ממש מיוחדת. היא ישנה מאוד אבל מלאת קסם. חוויה מעולה לילדים שממש שמחו לבלות בה. המטבח היה מזווד. בעלים מסביר פנים.

קשה לעלות במדרגות - צרות מאוד ואין מעלית. הסיפור עם מס עירוני במזומן מציק, צריך פשוט לגבות מראש הכל כמו בכל שאר המקומות. מי שמטייל באירופה היום יכול לא להחליף פרנק שוויצרי וזה ממש לא נח. (למרות שהסכים ליורו). אבל זה ממש קטן. המקום מיוחד.

Interessanter Grundriss der Wohnung mit Treppen, verwinkelten Räumen. Die Terrasse einen Stock tiefer hat uns auch sehr gefallen. Die Lage ist super zentral.

Le logement est idéalement placé en bordure du centre ville et à deux pas d'un grand parking. L'arrivée et le départ sont très facile avec le coffre à clés. Les échanges (par messagerie) avec l'hôte sont très amicaux.

Inmitten der Stadt, abends Party bis 2h laute Musik....aber das Appartement ist den Preis nicht wert. Wir waren schon in mehreren Altbauwohnungen aber sowas habe ich noch nie gesehen....Löcher in den Wänden, trauten ins nicht zu duschen...alles total veraltet. Extrem stickig und hellhörig. Ein Lattenrost kaputt, die "Betten" waren einfach Matratzen mit Lattenrost auf dem Boden, die sowas von hart waren. Ebenso auch die Schlafsofas, hart ohne Ende ... Total überteuert für diese Ausstattung.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Perfekte Lage, unkomplizierter Check-in / Check-out, tolle Dachterrasse, der Parkplatz gleich um die Ecke war "Goldwert", da wir mit kleinen Kindern und Hund vor Ort waren und somit einiges an Gepäck dabei hatten. Vielen Dank an Esmeralda! Uns allen hat es sehr gut gefallen

. Einzig die vielen Stufen bis unters Dach sind nur für Personen, die gut zu Fuß sind
