location is prime. facilities all as described.
We can not really lock the front door of hte appartment, but the neighbor around was nice so there was no urgent needs at the time. The terrace access was actually shared by the whole building so it's not juts for this appartment. the parking spot was occupied by others in the beginning, but in the end host managed to mediate this situation.

זו דירה ממש מיוחדת. היא ישנה מאוד אבל מלאת קסם. חוויה מעולה לילדים שממש שמחו לבלות בה. המטבח היה מזווד. בעלים מסביר פנים.
קשה לעלות במדרגות - צרות מאוד ואין מעלית. הסיפור עם מס עירוני במזומן מציק, צריך פשוט לגבות מראש הכל כמו בכל שאר המקומות. מי שמטייל באירופה היום יכול לא להחליף פרנק שוויצרי וזה ממש לא נח. (למרות שהסכים ליורו). אבל זה ממש קטן. המקום מיוחד.

Interessanter Grundriss der Wohnung mit Treppen, verwinkelten Räumen. Die Terrasse einen Stock tiefer hat uns auch sehr gefallen. Die Lage ist super zentral.
