It was clean

Here is a corrected and polished version of your text with improved grammar and clarity: The stairs leading to the second-floor apartment were quite dangerous for my elderly parents. There was no space in the small bedroom to store clothes, no reading lamp to relax after a long journey, and no Wi-Fi information—the code on the box did not work. We found the hair dryer only after a long search, and the iron was stored in a kitchen cabinet next to the oil and vinegar. The TV was available, but no Swiss channels could be accessed. Overall, there was very little comfort and no welcoming gesture for guests. The apartment does not seem designed with travelers in mind.

It was great, I’ll probably be staying here again on my next short trip to St. Gallen! 😊

Great location! We were in walking distance to Olma, which we went to see with some friends, that was thr point of the trip. The rooms are nice, the bathroom looks nice. Everything was clean and tidy. Quiet surroundings. Nice looking interior. It was a good value for the money as well.

The heating was working out in the corridor outside of the door to the apartment, but was not turned on inside the apartment. It wasn’t very cold or anything and we were on a tourist trip with some friends so we spent minimal time in the apartment so it wasn’t a big issue; but still: none of the radiators on the walls were working or emitting any heat whatsoever.
