Comfortable & cosy apartment. I will stay here again!!

It was comfortable & cosy to spend Christmas with a family of 4. We were close to relatives & family, so location was great. Large comfortable beds & pillows, with a spacious lounge & dining area to enjoy Christmas breakfast. Migros is on the next corner for supplies, and an easy and pleasurable walk to St Gallen old town via a picturesque park & view of snow covered trees.

I could have cooked a baked dinner and vegetables with more pots & kitchen utensils.

The apartment was very spacious and with a well equipped kitchen. Literally a minutes walk from the bus stop, supermarket and a few restaurants.

Directly beside a bus route and supermarket. All facilities within apartment are good and it was clean and comfortable.

Very difficult to locate the apartment and find the keys. Address is #3 but apartment is #5. Also the photo that was sent to me of where to locate the keys is not an up to date photo so it does not look at all like the existing key area, which was very confusing

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the appartement, and it's overall confort.

The price seems a bit high in my opinion (but I knew it beforehand, so in a sense that's on me). The bathroom connected directly to the room was also a bit disturbing.

The Wash Basin had issues with water drainage. I couldnt use the wash basin to brush my teeth nor wash my hands. This is not acceptable for a place, where the person wishes to stay for days.

Wegen der Nähe zum Einsatzort nimmt man Abstriche in Kauf

Die Lage der Unterkunft inklusive der Erreichbarkeit per Bus (sehr gute Verbindung ins Zentrum von St. Gallen) und die fussläufige Entfernung zu meinem beruflichen Einsatzort waren die ausschlaggebenden Argumente. Es steht ein Herd mit Backofen und modernem Kochfeld zur Verfügung (nicht benutzt), genauso wie eine kleine Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine mit dazugehörigen Kapseln und ein grosser Kühlschrank. Das Bett ist gross und bequem mit genügend Kissen, die Wohnung wurde sauber vorgefunden.

Die Lage direkt oberhalb einer kleinen Gaststätte, in der oder vor der offensichtlich viel geraucht wird, bringt es mit sich, dass das Treppenhaus eigentlich immer verraucht ist. Es gab jedoch bei den mehreren Aufenthalten nie eine Lärmbelästigung. Einmal war allerdings auch der Rauchgestank in der FeWo und trübten den Aufenthalt (ich bin Nichtraucher!) extrem. In der Dusche kann man den Duschkopf nicht aufhängen, da die Halterung defekt ist. Das Besteck und das zur Verfügung stehende Geschirr ist eher ein Flickwerk, zum Teil sehr unansehnlich (Rost) und bedurfte der initialen Reinigung vor Erstgebrauch. Das Fernsehprogramm ist extrem eingeschränkt und Vielfach nur per pay-TV zugänglich. WLAN hat des Öfteren Unterbrechungen gehabt.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt und würden das Apartment weiterempfehlen.

Parkplatz und Lage nahe Supermarkt und Bushaltestelle sind super. Mit der Gästekarte konnte wir die Stadtlinie kostenlos nutzen.

Es hat im Haus etwas nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen.

Goede locatie, lekkere bakker en supermarkt om de hoek Park om de hoek Gratis parkeerplaats Het was warm en toen we vroegen om een ventilator werd deze meteen gebracht. Snelle en duidelijke communicatie Contactloos inchecken was goed geregeld

Douche cabine in slaapkamer Douchecabine was erg klein Vrije inkijk - geen privacy :als je de ramen open wil zetten en de rolluiken omhoog zet om daglicht te hebben is er vrije doorkijk tot op je bed en in de douche vanuit straat en overburen.

Gut für kurze Aufenthalte und das Bett war sauber. Die Lage war einigermassen gut.

Als wir ankamen war es dreckig und wir mussten als erstes putzen: das Geschirr, die Küche, der Backofen war alles dreckig. Manche Kissen hatten Flecken. Von der Bar stinkt es bis im Zimmer nach Zigaretten und zum Teil auch „Grass“, und am abend rennt jemand immer die Treppe umher, zudem versuchte jemand in die Ferienwohnung reinzukommen und wir fühlten und nicht mehr so sicher. Für den Preis viel zu teuer.

Csendes, de még városközponthoz közeli helyen van. Kicsi, de jól felszerelt az apartman. A szállásadóval személyesen nem találkoztunk, de napi szinten információt cseréltünk messengeren.

Furcsa volt, hogy egy légtérben volt a tusoló, mosdó a hálószobával.
