Der Aufenthalt war in Ordnung zum Schlafen, aber Heizung, Abflüsse und WLAN ließen stark zu wünschen übrig, sodass wir f

Die Betten waren groß und bequem. Die Unterkunft eignet sich gut, wenn man hauptsächlich zum Schlafen dort ist.

Die Heizung im Untergeschoss funktioniert leider nicht richtig und heizt kaum. Ein Heizstrahler war zwar vorhanden, brachte aber ebenfalls nicht viel. Am letzten Tag ist zudem das WLAN ausgefallen und bis zur Abreise nicht mehr gegangen. Der Boden knarrt stark, sodass jeder Schritt zu hören war. Im oberen Badezimmer lief das Wasser im Waschbecken gar nicht ab, weshalb wir zum Zähneputzen das Waschbecken im Untergeschoss nutzen mussten. Sobald man in der Küche das Wasser laufen ließ, begann der Abfluss dort stark zu riechen, wodurch sich ein modriger Geruch in der ganzen Wohnung ausbreitete. Außerdem gibt es an der Treppe zum Untergeschoss kein Geländer – für ältere Menschen daher eher ungeeignet. Für den Preis hätten wir insgesamt leider etwas mehr erwartet.

Semplice da trovare, un po fuori dal centro ma comodo anche con i mezzi. Parcheggio gratuito sotto casa. Host molto reattivo a rispondere alle nostre richieste.

Netter Urlaub in der Schweiz

Die Wohnung war hell, freundlich und hatte eine gute Verkehrsanbindung. Fragen wurden vom Vermieter umgehend beantwortet.

Die Müllsotuation ist nicht optimal. Bei 4 Personen und 9 Übernachtungen nur 1x (kostenfrei) Müll entsorgen zu können ist definitiv zu wenig.

Appartement was schoon, netjes en comfortabel. De foto’s op de site kloppen precies met de werkelijkheid. Parkeren en de locatie bereiken was eenvoudig. Wij hadden het appartement met terras – ideaal, want de ingang zat direct naast de parkeerplek, dus makkelijk met koffers. De host neemt ook contact met je op voor vragen etc. Heel fijn!

Het gebouw ligt wel naast het treinspoor. De ramen zou ik s’nachts wel dicht doen voor minder geluid dan valt het mee :)

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt in St. Gallen ok

Die Wohnung war hübsch eingerichtet. Die Küche enthielt eine Grundausstattung, mit der man einfache Gerichte kochen kann. Der gratis Parkplatz beim Haus ist gut.

Das Bett in einem der Zimmer war lediglich 1.4m breit. Das kann nicht wie angegeben von zwei Personen belegt werden (auch nicht von Kindern). Wir fanden Abfall vom vorgängigen Mieter in den Abfalleimern. Wegen der Gleisnähe muss das Fenster in der Nacht geschlossen bleiben (stelle ich mir im Sommer heiss vor, da Dachwohnung).

Ohne Waschmaschine - wäre bei Familien für längere Zeit sinnvoll gewesen Toaster, Mikrowelle etc dazu ebenfalls

Schlüssel via Code, top. man darf nur nicht zu nervös sein, da der code erst kurz vorher per email kommt. aber top, unkompliziert. Der Parkplatz ist natürlich der Hammer wenn man viel Gepäck hat, 5 Schritte von der Wohnung. Top. Ein TV in einem der 2 Schlafzimmer wäre super gewesen. Eigentlich ist die Wohnung für eine Person zu gross :-)

Appartement propre, chaleureux. Proche des transports, à 15mn du centre ville et de l’espace congrès Olma Messe, en bus direct. Accès très facile, renseignements donné par l’hôte à temps, indications faciles. Lits confortables, cuisine équipée, machine à café disponible avec des capsules, bien apprécié! Hôte très réactif!
