Sehr gute Lage, Imbisse in der Nähe, kleine Küche und Badezimmer auch hervorragend, zum Glück gab es auch noch einen kleinen Ventilator bei der Hitze im Sommer.
Der Luftabzug im Badezimmer funktioniert nicht, die Leute stellen ihren Müll direkt vor den Haupteingang anstatt gleich um die Ecke den Müllsammelpunkt zu nutzen.

Gute Lage und sehr sauber.
Es braucht dringend mehr Maintenance und Kundenorientierung: Angefangen bei der Kommunikation (zu späte Infos zum Tür-Code und erst auf Nachfrage am gleichen Tag bekommen, umständliches Überweisen der Kurtaxe, etc.), Türschloss klemmt, Bügeleisen komplett verkalkt, zu wenige Bügel (4 Bügel für max. 4 Personen), Bettwäsche musste vom großen Bett umgeräumt werden, extrem billiger Wasserkocher (sehr leicht und braucht Ewigkeiten), Fenster im Schlaftimmer Kur teilweise mit Gardine/Jalousie). Klar: man kann über alles hinwegsehen, aber den Schweizer Standards entspricht es nicht.

très complique leurs système pour récupérer les clé ,personne répond au téléphone on se trouver au froid pendant 1 heure. vraiment pas top .
