It’s neat, spotless good quality property and has a decent kitchen equipped with limited cutlery.

The door to the building opens with a code and one must wait at the street even if reaching a minute before the scheduled time. A check-in at 15:00 and check out at 10:00 am seems harsh. There is no lobby, no Restaurant, no reception.

Self Check-in was smooth and we really enjoyed not having to carry a key around, but using door codes instead. Friendly contact via email and quick reply. Fixed parking spot bookable beforehand. Central location of the apartment (city centre reachable by foot or public transport). Large communal kitchen with possibility to eat there as well. Nicely equipped gym. To sum it all up: You get what you pay for. A nice and clean room in a central location (with everything that that intales).

Lack of an air-con system, the provided fan unfortunately did not cool down the room enough in the night. On the street facing side there is no possibility to open the window at night, because of the noise. Someone unfortunately had smoked in our bathroom before. No amount of airing out fixed the smell! We could only give notice via email. No instruction manual provided in the kitchen telling you how to disable the child-safty lock of the stove. Had to find instructions online without knowing the exact model (shout-out to chat gpt here!). The whole process took us way too long for comfort. So the essence of this all is: A real person at the reception (at least for some hours of the day) would be helpful if something is amiss and would have made things infinitely easier for us. We were aware that there was no classic reception available, so we were absolutely prepared for things to be a bit different. However we had no prior experience with this kind of concept, so we did struggle with some aspects of it
