Nice apartment but with added costs

Nice modern apartment with all amenities needed. Cot was comfortable for baby however having to pay 45 CHF to rent a cot for 2 nights seemed a bit ridiculous. Nice view from the balcony and bed was comfortable.

No staff so no option of early check-in or to drop bags for a few hours. Access is only available after exactly 3pm. I am not happy with having to pay 45 CHF to rent a cot for 2 nights.

Good option for a last minute stay

no need to contact anyone, seamless experience, code given on the morning of my checkin. Room ready upon arrival no additional process needed. Location is okay: quick access with public transportation to the city center (5-7min), supermarket (Migros) located right in front of the building.

unclear checkout process. had to contact them via the app to make sure that no additional process was needed for checkout and that I just had to be out the door. The shared kitchen had not enough utensils to allow me to cook and no microwave, only an oven. It costed me extra money to purchase food outside, which is expensive in the area. The room only had a small fridge, a coffee machine (no coffee) and a boiler.

Good clean apartment within easy reach of the town centre and station

Clean and well equipped apartment. Easy to find and an easy 15 minute walk to the town. On a main bus route as an alternative. Shopping centre nearby.

I hadn't realised there was no microwave but not a major problem.

Clean, comfortable and great location

The room was perfectly sized with a mini kitchenette and a good size shower cubicle. Very comfortable. The common laundry and kitchen were really a nice to have especially for long stays.

Instead of the small bottles of shampoo and shower gel it would be environmentally friendly to have dispensers with sufficient soap and shampoo for use for a week.

Modern, clean and comfortable apartment

Our studio apartment was clean and had plenty of room for me and my daughter. The bed was large and comfortable, great kitchenette and shower room and the tv had a great variety of channels. Buses ran regularly from outside and the train station was about a 10 min walk. Then it was about 3-5 mins on the train to central St Gallen .

The apartment got a bit stuffy and it would have been nice to have a change of towels half way through the week. The cost for additional towels was extortionate!

Euros trip.

Listing stated kitchenette and cooking facilities but there was just a sink and fridge. The tv also didn’t work properly. I may have just got unlucky. The apartment itself was nice and comfortable.

No cooking facility. I wasn’t told you need to check in before arriving in order to get a code. There were a lot of us waiting outside the apartment block waiting on codes to be sent so other people had the same issue.

Easy check in process. Quick WiFi. Good location with transport links directly into the centre of St Gallen. Communal kitchen was useful, clean and very well stocked.

Cleaning could be more frequent. Communal bins would be better to get rid of waste between cleans.

The apartment was very clean, and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to buses and close to the Gare. Just a heads-up—the room can get a bit warm. Overall, though, we had a great experience!

Before arriving, I read several reviews mentioning the coffee machine, and it's true: it's more for display, so it's best to bring your own coffee and tea. We also wish there had been a microwave and stove for cooking.

Great weekend in St Gallen

One of the few places we stayed where accessible means "really accessible"! when i booked, i asked if the structure was accessible with a wheelchair, and the staff not only confirmed it, but also assigned us a room with fully accessible bathroom and lowered kitchenette. everything was easy to access and without barriers. Staff was available, quick to answer and very kind. The room was clean, comfortable and with a nice terrace, as described. the place is around 1,5km from the city centre, not so near but it's easy to reach the centre, and the private parking is a great and safe option! Also the late checkout option is very practical (would be perfect if there was also something like checkout at 12 for a smaller price, not only checkout at 4PM).

Maybe have some more precise directions how to reach the parking, maybe via email like the access code, not only the ones in front of the door, but it's just an advice on a small detail, nothing negative.

The room we were in was quite small, especially compared to the room assigned to the other couple we were traveling with (assignment seemed random). It was a bit of a challenge to find the location and more of a walk than we expected.

The location is strategic with private parking and lift access. Check-in process was convenient and easy. The room has all the great amenities we need. A great place for short vacation and will definitely recommend this place !

Very good value for money, but limited aminities.

Keyless entry, cleanliness, proximity to the train station were among the things that mostly attracted it about the property. There are plenty of busses that can get you there from the train station.

If you choose a unit facing the main road, it can be really noisy, especially in the warm weather. There is no A/C and if you crack the window, the noise can be annoying and distracting.

Ottimo alloggio in zona residenziale

La casa che abbiamo prenotato e’ molto spaziosa, luminosa, modernamente arredata e attrezzata per soggiorni lunghi anche più di una settimana. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il tavolo rettangolare comodo per lavorare e consumare qualche pasto, e l’angolo conversazione con il divanetto in pelle davanti alla grande vetrata che dà sul giardino. Non si sentono rumori di nessun genere e il quartiere è tranquillissimo. Ci sono anche spazi esterni arredati con tavolino e sedie per prendere il sole o leggere un libro (quando le temperature lo permettono!).

All’arrivo era freddina e non si poteva regolare il riscaldamento, ma il giorno dopo il servizio clienti ci ha mandato una stufetta e con quella siamo stati bene per il resto del soggiorno. Io avrei fatto trovare qualche cialda di benvenuto e qualche bustina di the o di nespresso. Certo: oltrepassando il viale ci sono supermercati dove si possono comprare, ma quando fa freddo, per chi non conosce il posto e arriva dopo ore di viaggio sarebbe un ottimo benvenuto.

Man konnte im Fernseher keine gängigen Sender wie Pro7 oder SRF 1 empfangen. Der Teppich hatte große gelbe Flecken, was unangenehm war. In der Küche gab es lediglich einen Topf für das gesamte Haus.

Gerne wieder

Sehr gute Lage um zum WBZ Holzweid zu laufen. 2 km sind gut machbar. Super Fenster verbaut, man hört die Strasse direkt vor den Fenstern nicht (und ich würde mich hier als sehr sensibel bezeichnen). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, sowie Verpflegungsmöglichkeit mit Pizzeria, Döner, Thai,... ebenfalls direkt vor der Tür. Parkieren im Quartier (blaue Zone) war bei mir trotz Schnee gut möglich, wenn man 2 Minuten Fussweg in Kauf nehmen kann.

Nach der Buchung wurde ich SCAM- Betrugsoper aufgrund eines Datenlecks beim Anbieter

Bequeme Matratze

Nach dem Buchen erhielt ich eine WhatsApp im Namen der Unterkunft, diese beinhaltete alle Informationen zu meiner Person, Buchungsnummer und Buchungszeitraum. Somit ging ich davon aus, das die WhatsApp von der Unterkunft stammte. In der Nachricht wurde ich dazu aufgefordert meine Kreditkartendaten auf einer Internetseite einzugeben, da sonst meine Reservierung gelöscht wird. Dieser Aufforderung kam ich nach und ich landedete auf einer Scam Seite, die betrügerische Absichten hatte. Zum Glück erkannte mein Kreditkartenanbieter den Betrug und verhindertete die Abbuchung von meiner Kreditkarte. Somit wurde meine Kreditkarte gesperrt, da vermutlich meine Kreditkartendaten bei Betrügern gelandet sind. Ich informierte die Unterkunft und Booking unverzüglich über das Datenleck und bat um Aufklärung wie meine Daten unter nichtbeachtung von Datenschutz an Dritte weitergegeben werden konnten. Bis heute erhielt ich keine Rückmeldung zum Tathergang noch eine Entschuldigung für den entstandenen Schaden an Zeit und Nerven. Außerdem negativ: Kühlschrank sehr laut, sorgt für unkomfortablen Schlaf.

Das Apartment war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, inklusive Terrasse und Küchenbereich. Der Self-Check-in und Check-out funktionierten zuverlässig. Insgesamt war das Apartment für den vorgesehenen Zweck in Ordnung.

Die Lage empfanden wir als nur mittelmäßig. Abends war auf den Fluren viel los, und wir hatten den Eindruck, dass einige Apartments für Bordell-Aktivitäten genutzt werden. Herren standen vor Türen, und Damen waren sehr knapp bekleidet, was ein etwas dubioses Umfeld schuf. Parken in der Umgebung ist generell schwierig, und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis auch. Außerdem gab es kleinere Mängel in der Ausstattung: Die Siebträgermaschine funktionierte nicht, grundlegende Dinge wie Salz, Pfeffer oder Öl fehlten, und es waren keine Tabs für die Spülmaschine vorhanden. Personal war vor Ort nicht verfügbar, was bei Problemen etwas unpraktisch war.

Alles was schoon, de kamer zag er mooi uit. De schoonmaakster waren super aardig.

Mit der Mobility Card kann man den ÖV in St. Gallen gratis benutzen.

Mit dem erhaltenen Zahlencode erhielt man Zugang zum Hotel und zum Zimmer. Man musste sich also um keinen Schlüsssel kümmern. Auf Anfrage erhielten wir die Mobility Card.

Es hatte eine Gemeinschaftsküche. Die Backöfen waren nicht sauber. Als wir das Zimmer das erste Mal betraten, war eine Affenhitze im Zimmer. Eine Klimaanlage wäre in diesen Fällen gut. Im Kasten fand ich einen Fentilator. Dieser erleichterte das Leben doch merklich.
