・ベッドやその周辺に小さな虫がよく歩いてます。・壁掛けの緑部分が劣化により、枕横に日々落ちてきます。・アパート内にランドリーがなく、また部屋自体も広くはない為中・長期滞在には向きません

Розташування, чистота і комфорт. Легкий доступ до менеджера. Для мене це взагалі було спасіння. В заброньованих раніше апартаментах стався форс-мажор і мені відмінили бронювання в останню мить. Ці апартаменти були дуже вчасно і оазисом приватності та перевищили мої очікування. Дуже Вам дякую Бастіан.

Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis mit sehr freundlicher Betreuung

Das Studio ist sehr zentral gelegen und ist die Instruktionen für die Anreise und den Zutritt waren top. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war zudem wirklich sehr angenehm und er war stets sehr zeitnah erreichbar. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis fand ich absolut fair.

Ich fühlte mich nicht unwohl, aber es dürfte definitiv besser geputzt werden. Das Studio ist zudem sehr klein/eng, was für meinen Bedarf aber kein Problem war. Es gab leider nur ein (miniatur) Föhn, welchem mehre meiner Haare zum Opfer filen ;)
