Location in City Centre, groundfloor

Maria, our hostess went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. The room had everything we needed and much more. There was cold water in the fridge, fruits, coffee maker with pods and bathroom essentials. We had a wonderful nights rest and was walking distance from the train station and St Gallen Cathedral.

Everything was excellent.

Great location near station. Easy check-in, thorough communication by host. Thoughtful and exhaustive collection of accessories and snacks. Nothing left to wish for.

Pillow was too thin. Shower cabin without shelf and faulty piece to hang shower head. Not much daylight reaches the studio.

The location was not too bad, quite close to St Gallan train station

In the room description under "kitchen" it mentioned a washing machine. The owner misleads the guests by including a service of a washing machine. When asked where the washing machine was, the instructions given was so complicated and reply to my question was answered 5 hours later as the washing machine was located on another floor. The night before departure the owner informed that we could use the washing machine on another floor using our room key for the same door, which by the was too late to do a load. Owner should be upfront and not give you the impression that you're going to have the washing machine in you room. The other negative was when you open the door to the room, the shower is right infront if you. There is also no air-conditioning just a small desk fan.
