Sehr gut eingerichtete und gut gelegene Wohnung für einen Besuch der Stadt St. Gallen!
Die Lage ist für einen Besuch der Stadt St. Gallen perfekt - nahe der Altstadt und des Bahnhofs. Das Haus steht zwar an einer recht befahrenen Kreuzung, die Wohnung und der Balkon gehen aber nach hinten und dort ist es sehr ruhig. Das Schlafen bei offenem Fester ist absolut kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, es hat alles was man braucht, auch an Geschirr und Küchenutensilien. Die Einrichtung und das Mobiliar ist sehr gut und alles sieht recht neu aus.
Der Balkon geht auf einen nicht wirklich malerischen Innenhof und grenzt an zwei alte Häuser. Eines davon wird im Moment renoviert. Der Aufenthalt auf dem Balkon ist deshalb nicht wie wir uns dies vorgestellt haben. Zudem sind der Tisch und die Stühle auf dem Balkon im Gegensatz zum Mobiliar in der Wohnung eher alt und schmutzig. Die Holzleisten auf den Stühlen sind verwittert und haben Moos angesetzt. In hellen Hosen ist es nicht ratsam auf die Stühle zu sitzen.

Gut - mit zwei Einschränkungen
Alles wie beschrieben. Wenig Treppen. Aufzug. Kleine süße Wohnung, alles da was man braucht. Bequemes Bett. Zentrale Lage, trotzdem recht ruhig.
Zwei Punkte: 1. Ungenauer Check-In: die Zugangsdaten mussten anders eingegeben werden als angegeben & die Schlüsselbox war falsch beschriftet. Wir hatten das „Cosy Apartment“, aber die Schlüsselbox war mit „Orange Deluxe Apt.“ beschriftet - neben 5 weiteren Boxen und einer digitalen Box (die man offensichtlich nicht nutzen musste) war es die erste Herausforderung an den Schlüssel zu kommen. Auch die Zugangsdaten waren eine Knobelaufgabe, da es keine # auf den analogen Boxen gab. (Siehe Bild) 2. Rauchgeruch: im Apartment herrscht ein starker Geruch nach kaltem Rauch - immer wenn man es betritt. Der Geruch verschwindet nach dem Lüften (oder man gewöhnt sich dran), aber kommt immer wieder zurück. Da das Apartment nicht explizit als Nichtraucher markiert ist, gibt’s dafür keinen Abzug - aber man sollte sich dessen schon bewusst sein und damit klarkommen.
