Nice one bedroom apartment nearby Uffizi

Posizione perfetta e lo stesso appartamento è molto comodo per 3 persone.

Mancanza di zanzariere, macchina del caffè Nespresso o Lavazza e di un microonde.

Check-in was disappointing. We were travelling with our baby and were told shortly before the 4pm check-in that there would be a “short delay,” but we were not given a clear ETA. The person handling check-in eventually arrived about 45 minutes late, during which we had to wait in the street with our baby and luggage. The communication from the company managing the apartment was poor. They apologised over WhatsApp, but the messages felt generic, and there was no meaningful follow-up or even a small gesture to acknowledge the inconvenience. The apartment itself was in reasonable condition and the location was excellent. It is worth noting that it is a walk-up on the second floor with no elevator, which may not be ideal for families with a baby or a lot of luggage, though this was manageable for us. Overall, the stay was fine once we got in, but the check-in experience and communication were not good.

Dusche war 1.5 Tag nur kalt, trotz sofortiger Kommunikation. Heizung schwer selber zu regeln bzw. einzustellen. Wasserablauf Dusche verstopft, kein TV
