Perfect geographical location for travelling the attractions within few minutes of walking. Relatively complete facilities, such as stove, washing machine and air conditioner. The apartment is quite as it’s on the top floor.
The room size is pretty small, almost get no space for the table. Lack of some necessaries, such as laundry detergent, oil and salt for cooking. The owner responds slow (but maybe he is in vacation)

No Lift facility and without it you have to carry it up to 4th floor which is kind of impossible with big bag.
