On the third floor of a building with no elevator, the apartment is made up of a large living room with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining table and a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a beautiful balcony giving views over the city.
The apartment can house up to four adults and is ideal for a couple or a couple with children.
Facilities:
free wifi, air conditioning, sheets and towels, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, coffee pot, toaster, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Self-check-in
The apartment is equipped with home automation access, you can open the street door and the apartment door in total safety and autonomy with your mobile phone. We will send you the instructions a few days before your check-in.
In the house, you will still find a bunch of keys at your disposal.
City Tax
The local authorities in Florence require that all visitors pay a city tax of 4€ per person, per night, up to a maximum of seven nights. Children under 12 years of age are free.

Was a nice unit, but lots of steps to get to it. Weather was very cold and could not control the interior temp. Blob Club is open from 00:00- 06:00 and it got loud sometimes, didn't find the earplugs until the final night. All-in-all a nice stay.
