It has a great location, near to the main attractions in the city.
I know its an old building in an historic part of the city, but many things added up during our stay, i) on the surroundings its a parking for the street vendors, so, at 3 am you hear a lot of noise ii) its a second floor (with no elevator and high ceilings) iii) it has ac, but, its like it wasn't (maybe for the building). So, for budget savvy people, its a good price and a nice apartment, but, you should be aware of the points I mentioned.

Great location. Great service from the staff.
Had an issue initially as the water heater turned itself off but the staff was there to fix it within 15 minutes. Other than that it was perfect for us.

El apartamento es comodo para las 3 personas que estabamos. Dispone de todos los utensilios necesarios para sentirse comodas. Esta situado muy céntrico, en el centro histórico. Se puede ir andando a todos los monumentos y museos, tambien a la estación de tren.
La parte alta no dispone de algún mueble para dejar la ropa y esto plantea incomodidad.

The location was great. Good price. Good kitchen with large refrigerator.
Bugs. Mosquitos we think, possibly spider. All of us experienced many bites resulting in itchy uncomfortable bumps. Only one set of keys. No garbage bags, dish soap and only three rolls of TP. TV didn't have options or we couldn't figure it out. Very loud at night.
