The room was super clean, the food was delicious and local cuisine, the host couldn’t do enough for us, helping with recommendations, lifts etc. The accommodation felt safe and relaxed. The shower was fab
It was a little walk to the town although the host was happy to drop us when he was available, or you can easily get a local tuk tuk. There is no air con but the fan was pretty effective!

The host was very hospitable and kind. He made us feel very welcome. The rooms were nice and clean with tea and coffee on offer. Our triple room was upstairs with a balcony in front with a large table and chairs and overlooking the lovely garden. The included breakfast was wonderfully cooked, hoppers, dahl, string hoppers, coconut pancakes, fruit juice, fresh fruit, coffee and tea. The location was convenient and close to an Bank/ATM (Bank of Ceylon) and local grocery stores where we could buy snacks and water.
