* Location: very close to Sigiriya Lion Rock exit gate
* Peaceful surroundings: lot of greenery around the property, giving it a relaxing feel.
* Comfortable room: spacious and equipped with AC, mosquito net, WiFi, hot water, blanket, towels, a hair dryer along with books, shoe rack and a first-aid box were available outside the room
Nothing as such. However couple of things:
* The approach can be quite dark at night: the path from the main road has limited lighting, so carrying a phone torch or flashlight is advisable.
* Cash payment: we paid in cash, so it’s worth keeping some local currency handy.

Good value for price.
Accommodation was about 3-4min walking from main road through area where wild elephants can roam. It was close but a bit scary.

I loved the location, felt like you were in the middle of a jungle. It was also very close to a selection of restaurants and great access to attractions.
The bathroom was a little dated.
