Very central

Hard to find - instructions not good - all in French - car park was not easy to find and the fob had not been left for us so after arriving at 8pm after parking and getting our bags to the apartment it was well after 9pm. Had to make the second bed up in the front room - was a sofa bed and very uncomfortable - no hair dryer or toiletries provided - you get what you pay for - cheap accommodation- very central to Le Mans though

The location was the only positive thing.

The apartment is not as advertised. It’s in the 5th floor of a tower block. The tower block is dirty and feels unsafe. The lifts smell like cannabis. Wouldn’t call it an apartment either, the kitchens not a kitchen… There’s definitely a top up cleaning needed. It was extremely hard to locate and the instruction given on where to park and how to locate the apartments were poor. It was so hard to get the check in details and key box codes despite me asking several times that same day. The beds are tiny…. Living room bed is not made up on arrival. Not worth the money…. Random picture on the advert of a French street, don’t be fooled into thinking that this anything to do with the apartment.

Arrivée agréable dans le logement. Bonne impression. La déco chacun son style mais elle a le mérite d'être la et on se sent comme chez soit. Tout équipé niveau vaisselle, couvertures etc... etc... Merci pour le kit éponge, sacs poubelles et merci pour le kit petit déjeuner café, thé, sucre. La vue sur les toits est très jolie. Lit confortable. Calme pour dormir.. parfait

Le bémol c'est le canapé ! Quand il est déplié, il n'y a pas de pieds au bout donc il touche le sol... on a dû mettre des casseroles pour qu'il soit complètement horizontal mais mes amis ont passé une nuit épouvantable car les casseroles tombaient mdr. Le dos en vrac... aujourd'hui on en rit... mais si les personnes sont âgées ça n irait pas biensur pour eux. La télé fonctionnait mais aucune chaîne et aucune connexion 😞

Abri citadin très bien situé géographiquement dans la ville mais cela ne justifie pas le reste !

L’emplacement

Contact difficile avec la responsable partie en vacances . Renvoyé sur un collègue de travail manifestement pas concerné…. et qui renvoie à la propriétaire…… boîte à clé cachée dans un mur couvert de lierre ….. appartement niché au 5eme étage d’un collectif sans âme… type HLM banal . Ameublement minimaliste . Propreté douteuse ( cabine de douche , « cuisine », …) aucun abri pour nos 2 vélos … donc laissés dehors … nous avons dû payer 10€ supplémentaire pour avancer l’heure de prise de l’appartement de 16h à 14h !!!…. Donc logement à 92€ .. alors qu’il n’en vaut au mieux 60€

Une belle escale au Mans!

Appart’ à 2 pas du centre ville. Propre. Belle déco. Parking à proximité où garer la voiture pour la nuit pour quelques euros seulement. Belle vue sur les toits du Mans. Propriétaires très sympas.

Le lit n’est pas très confortable mais pour une nuit c’est très bien!

Bonne communication et excellent emplacement, prestations du logement moyennes!

Lors du week-end chargé des 24 Heures du Mans, nous avons été ravis du bon service fourni par l’agence de location. Leur réactivité dans la communication était appréciable. La procédure d’enregistrement et de départ s’est déroulée de manière très pratique et simple grâce à une boîte à clés, nous pouvions arriver et partir à tout moment sans avoir besoin de prendre rendez-vous. Lorsque nous avons souhaité arriver plus tôt en raison de l’affluence liée à la course, ils ont arrangé cela sans frais supplémentaires. De plus, nous avons pu laisser la voiture plus longtemps au départ, ce qui était très pratique. L’appartement était parfaitement situé : nous pouvions nous rendre à pied au centre historique, au 5e étage nous profitions d’une belle vue sur les toits du Mans. Non loin du tram, nous étions donc rapidement au circuit (si vous venez au Mans pour cela).

Malheureusement, l’appartement nous a laissé un goût un peu amer, surtout compte tenu du tarif élevé (plus de 600 € pour deux nuits). Nous comprenons que les prix augmentent lors des événements et ne remettons pas ceci en question, mais à ce niveau, nous nous attendions à une prestation sans reproche. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été confrontés à plusieurs désagréments : la douche était bouchée par des cheveux, un chewing-gum durci sur la table (morceau de pâte adhésive selon l’agence, je ne me prononcerai pas là-dessus), vis traînait sur le meuble. Le wifi, initialement hors service, n’a fonctionné qu’après une réinitialisation manuelle du routeur, tandis que la télévision ne captait correctement aucune chaîne. La machine à café Tassimo annoncée était en réalité une simple cafetière (probablement une confusion avec d’autres locations, cela peut arriver), mais sans même une dose de bienvenue de café ou du thé à disposition et donc nos dosettes Tassimo aucune utilité. Si la chambre principale était spacieuse avec un lit confortable et la literie propre et complète, le canapé-lit, lui, s’est avéré inconfortable en raison de ses irrégularités, ce qui rend l’appartement peu convenable pour quatre adultes mais plus pour un couple (éventuellement avec enfant en cas de remplacement du canapé-lit). Ces problèmes, bien que probablement non intentionnels, auraient pu être évités avec un entretien et un contrôle plus rigoureux. Une rénovation serait d’ailleurs bienvenue pour justifier pleinement le prix demandé (Hors événements, c’est probablement un meilleur choix en termes de rapport qualité-prix.)
