Lovely little studio that is perfect for a short stay and to explore Cité Plantagenêt.

A compact but charming room in the heart of the old town.

It was characterful, in the heart of the old town and very quiet. We slept very well here! Great to have coffee available for our first morning.

It was a little dusty and smelled damp at first - needed a good airing. Fine after the first day. There were no working lights in the entrance hall - had to use our torches to input the door code!

Terrible experience! Don't fall for misleading pictures!

The property wasn't up to our expectations, so I can't say I liked anything anything about it and would not recommend it to.

The room was not as you would expect from the pictures because they are very misleading. The room is tiny. The bed is so uncomfortable that I didn't get a sleep. It's not even a bed, but a palette with a wobbly mattress. So if you are with a partner you will need to be careful not to fall off. The shower is terrible it has a weird nozzle with tiny holes increases pressure. So impossible to shower unless you a masochist because it hurts like needle pinches. The shower didn't have soap or gel (no hand soap either). I wrote the owner but she called the next morning and insisted that there was soap (which was not true). It does not have a terrace as advertised, it's a small entrance yard and does not qualify for terrace. Although the location is in Le Mans' old town, it doesn't have the vibe you would expect, because the overall discomfort ruins everything. We were boked for three nights, but HAD TO MOVE OUT AFTER A NIGHT and find another property for the rest of our stay. BTW, we were not reimbursed either.

Gorgeous little apartment in the heart of old Le Mans. Big television, lovely plates and cutlery. Lights in floor, bottles of water in the fridge. Really very nice place.

Loved our stay! Thank you so much.

The location wins! And the free parking was only 10 mins walk away (Candice was lovely and was accessible by phone when we had some queries). We had kids and dropped everything off, then my husband went to park. Right in Cite Plantagenet to walk around in and by night fall, head to the front of the cathedral to catch the tourist train ride to see La nuit des Chimeres. Perfect day.

Charming apartment

The apartment is located on a charming cobblestone street right in the heart of the historic center, just a stone's throw away from the cathedral. The place is a confortable and invinting space, with a well-equiped kitchen. The hosts have truly thought of every detail. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during my visit.

Tout était très simple et extrêmement bien expliqué dans la notice qui nous avait été communiqué en amont. L'appartement était parfait, propre et avec tous les équipements cités dans l'annonce. Nous retournerons dans cet appartement lors de notre prochain passage au Mans !

Seul bémol à notre séjour : le stationnement dans le centre ville du Mans. Nous n'avions pas pensé a nous renseigner avant et avons eu du mal a trouver une place pour le week-end. Et nous étions chargé.

Très joli studio au centre du Vieux Mans, parfait emplacement. Très propre et joliment décoré. Le checkin est très facile. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques.

Centre de la vieille ville. Lit avec bonne literie Cuisine fonctionnelle

Petit juste pour 2 pas pour plus. Même si rez de chaussée, énorme marché à l'entrée. Pas de machine à café. Salle de bain : carrelage à rafraîchir . Pas de sac poubelle, sac de sucre vide. Futon très inconfortable. Pas de table car bar avec 2 sièges hauts

Studio super beau avec poutres apparentes, déco de très bon goût (j'aimerai les mêmes meubles chez moi !) - confortable et puis la localisation, c'est super de pouvoir se balader dans le vieux MANS et avoir les clés d'un appart :D Enfin merci aux propriétaires d'avoir été super réactifs lorsqu'on les a appelé le jour même, pour confirmer le code d'entrée.

RIEN Ce que je pourrai éventuellement proposé c'est la mise à disposition d'un four même petit.

Zelf je bed opmaken, zeer vochtige en muffe kamer. Buurman gaat om 22.30 uur uien bakken met z’n raam open aan de court, waardoor ons raam dicht moest.

Très joli appartement, idéalement situé et à prix attractif

Appartement idéalement situé dans le Vieux Mans. La décoration est très soignée et l’appartement est propre. Et surtout le prix est très raisonnable.

Qqs petits détails pour améliorer encore la qualité de la location : - de la lumière dans la cour (arrivée de nuit, entre les bagages et les marches en pierre qu’on ne voit pas bien dans l’obscurité, c’était un peu périlleux d’ouvrir la porte) - une poubelle dans la sdb serait la bienvenue - des serviettes de toilettes supplémentaires et un peu moins rêches
