Parking, the appartment doesn't have parking, there is limited public parking within walking distance, but on Sundays all council parking is closed

Spacious, clean, comfy, nicely decorated, lots of space in kitchen and bedrooms for personal items. Beautiful wooden floors. Heating system worked great.

Very well situated in old Le Mans Well proportioned apartment but there is no living room.

Beware there are stairs!!! But all very shallow.

Comfortable apartment, great location

The apartment is in a great location, very close to the city centre. Easy to find and access. The beds were comfortable, and we all slept very well. Good communication with the owner. We would definitely stay here again if we were in Le Mans.

The shower rail was broken, so we had to hold the shower head each time we used it. The shower cabin, in general, could do with updating.

Great spot with friendly host in the middle of Le Mans, close to the beautiful old town

Amazing apartment. Plenty of space and felt like "home". We would have wanted to stay longer. Great furniture. Close proximity to the old town with beautiful areas nearby. Super friendly host.

Dishwasher would have been great. Parking was a bit challenging, and due to construction outside it was a bit complicated to unload luggage.

Good value for money just round the corner from a lovely area of Le Mans, very nice bedrooms 😊

The bedrooms were definitely this properties best asset and Juliet balconies were lovely, nice modern clean bathroom too.

The toilet room in the very small kitchen was an unusual layout but fine for our stay.

A brief over night stay but very happy with the apartment and with the host who was very helpful.

It was a very comfortable apartment. It had recently been refurbished and had a number of very tasteful features. It is perfectly located with underground parking very close by.

It was a very hot evening and while there was a fan in the bedroom fighting the good fight, air-conditioning would have made my stay much more comfortable. Then again I'm from Ireland and we are not used to temperatures like that.

- large apartment -close to the center -clean - all the necessary equipment - vintage perfectly combined with modern - wi fi -bonus coffee capsules -tram station right in front -proactive and very cooperative host (didn't stress us at all) - the accommodation is an experience in itself! take time to enjoy it! A little return in time with the benefits of modernity! - etc

-one bathroom sink half clogged and another completely clogged... I think it was something unexpected, so don't worry!

Good place to stay

Very spacious apartment in good central location of Le Mans. We booked another apartment, but the host offered us free upgrade on the day of arrival! Well equipped kitchen, nicely furnished rooms, clean. Good wifi. A small grocery store next door, few minutes to the city main squares with restaurants and another shops. Paid parking available behind the house or on the river bank.

Toilet in the kitchen is a bit unusual. The wooden floors transmit all noises, so I know very well, that the neighbor was walking in heels at midnight moving suitcases...

Everything about this apartment was great. Location was in the town. Two bedooms were massive with double beds. Wifi was great. Living room with a dining table was spacious. Kitchen had everything you would need for a stay. Bathroom was a good size plenty of room to move. Seperate WC in the kitchen area. Was also allowed to have our dog stay. 10/10. Parking was in a car park just around the corner €8.80 for an overnight stay.
