Wasn't what we were expecting and we didn't stay the night

Master bedroom looks nice and has an en suite (the only bedroom for all guests and accessible through the bedroom). Kitchen looks nice. Access was easy and comms were good

We booked the flat for a family of 5 people, but found that it was unsuitable when we arrived. We decided to leave without staying the night and booked alternative accommodation in the town centre. The additional 3 beds are all sofa beds and in the open plan kitchen/lounge. The single pullout was clean, but the double sofa was small and unstable (with old food stuck to the frame of the chair).

Nice place to relax and sleep after a long day at the Circuit.

Location was very good. Close to a tram station. Apartment had good amenities, like a kitchenette, small fridge, table.

There's an outdoor streetlight that shines bright at night. If the window shades are closed, it's no problem, but if you want the window open at night, the light is rather bothersome. Not much can be done about that, though.

Great apartment, great condition

If you are going to Le Mans for the race course this is a great option. The course is not far, the flat is adequate. The kitchen, the bathroom, the bed - everything modern and great. Only caveat: It is not super-simple to get to the race course by tram - if you take this route you will have to walk about 1,5 kilometers. But, on the other side the parking lots might be very crowded for the big events, so the decision is on you. I was there for a talk at the university and arrived on the train from Paris. The university is on the other side of the town, but easy to reach with the tram. The trip across 10+ stations took about 25 minutes. One peculiar problem about Le Mans is that public transport can not be planned using Google, the city of Le Mans seems to have not provided the data.

The flat is in great condition. The one issue I had was that it got quite hot. There is no A/C, only a fan. It was fully ok, but if this is a problem for you, consider this.

Very clean, modern bathroom, modern kitchen, nice furniture. Secure and safe. Above all it was quiet.

Stairs are steep and narrow but it can’t be helped as it is an old building.

Perfect get away spot in Le Mans

Spotlessly clean, studio apartment with an enormous comfy bed! Perfect location for a walk or the tram into the old town of Le Mans. Had everything we needed for a long weekend. Can walk to Carrefour, free parking in the side streets behind the apartment. Host was very helpful with directions and offering assistance. Great pizzeria la pergola will deliver!

Le Mans exceeded our expectations.

Easy access to the old town by public transport or by car, good parking opportunities on the street (free during the night, or around the corner all day), The room wasn't large but adequate and really not expensive. We had no problems with the traffic noise since there is little traffic at night. We slept wonderfully. Linen and towels were very clean and the beds very comfortable. The host was very helpful and gave good instructions. The appartment is on the second floor (staircase) which was no problem for us, despite being in our seventies. Visiting the race court is a must, an appointment is not necessary (we were there in september) choose an hour when they are testing the cars or practicing. Ususally somewhere from 10-12 AM or after 14 PM, but check it in advance or ask at the circuit. Also the adjoining museum has a superb car collection. The Old Town is beautiful and has many good restaurants.

There was no coffee apparatus, and kitchenware is minimal.

Nice weekend getaway. Everything was perfect!

Very nice location, not far away from museum of 24 hours of Le Mans. The apartment is cozy, you have Netflix on TV, and the view out of the window was amazing. Free parking place nearby. The host was super nice and friendly. 10/10 recommend.

A new apartment with a comfortable bed, kitchen facilities and large tv.

Booking announcement is misleading. There is no onsite parking available, only street parking. Kitchenware was incomplete. We only had only one glass for wine. Contacting people was frustrating as they took a great deal of time to get back to us and in some cases did not respond at all. There was only one small desk fan for the whole living space which was inadequate for a hot apartment with very little airflow. This is the only place we have booked in our travels through France in two years that requires a holding fee of €300 against the booking. We will update the site with the timely release of the holding fee. Please note that the staircase is also old and very narrow. Our apartment was on the second floor.

Modern, clean and nice but they froze 300€ from my card as a deposit for 1 night and 20m2

The apartment has everything you need. It’s clean, modern, comfy and very well equipped. Bed is huge. Perfect place if you don’t plan to spend a lot of time in your accommodation as it is quite small (bed, dining and kitchen are all in the same room)

As I said, the apartment is great. We had already stayed in another apartment which was awesome (and much bigger) which is why we decided to book again in the same place. We booked via booking (last time we did so via airbnb) and to our surprise we were made to pay 300€ as a deposit which means the money is frozen in my card and I can’t use it (we are at the end of the month + COVID has not really helped my savings). Just find VERY unnecessary to pay such a big amount of money for only a one night stay in an apartment that is literally 20m2... will book via airbnb next time.

Situation idéal et hôte au top !

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits en famille. En termes de position tout est idéal, la proximité de la gare (5 minutes en tram), du circuit Bugatti (10 minutes en tram), arrêt de tram à 2 minutes a pied du logement. Les logements sont refaits à neuf et très élégants, lit très confortable, mise à disposition de capsules de café et thé pour le premier matin très agréable. Et surtout la disponibilité et la serviabilité des propriétaires qui nous ont renvoyé instantanément des documents personnels et important que nous avions oublié lors de notre départ. Un immense merci à Will pour sa gentillesse et sa réactivité qui nous ont sorti d'une belle difficulté.

Quand il pleut il y a la gouttière qui tombe directement sur la climatisation ce qui fait un bruit de goutte-à-goutte. Mais ce n’est pas dérangeant on s’est juste demandé au milieu de la nuit si on avait bien éteint la douche

Séjour agréable malgré pas mal de désagréments...

Appartement spacieux, cuisine bien équipée avec frigo, micro-ondes, four, et plaques à induction. Vaisselle assez complète. Lit king size Canapé lit 1 place confortable Grande douche et double vasque dans la salle de bain

La propreté laisse à désirer... 😒 Nous avons nettoyé sous le lit king size à notre arrivée , il y avait des poussières de plusieurs mois apparemment (d'ailleurs nous attendons toujours le dédommagement promis...) La porte de la salle de bain ne fermait pas... Merci l'intimité.... Les télévisions pas très fonctionnelles... Le canapé lit 2 places pas confortable pour des ados et adultes, trop petit et matelas peu épais. Il manque des porte manteaux, un long miroir et un aspirateur. Immeuble situé à 10-15mn à pied du centre ville, commerces proches mais sur axe bruyant.

Chouette appartement

L'appartement est très moderne avec lave vaisselle et cuisine tout aménagé. Cet appartement est spacieux, lumineux. Le lit est très grand et literie très confortable...Proche de tout commerce. Facile d'accès en bus ou tram. 2 Tv écran plat dans la chambre et le salon.

Dommage qu'il n'y est pas de place de parking privé. Je trouve que dans la chambre il manque des meubles de rangement ou de quoi suspendre les vêtements ou même une chaise au bureau. . Il y a également un peu de bruit de circulation la nuit et avec les travaux en plus en ce moment c'était très bruyant et si on ferme les fenêtres il fait trop chaud. Dernière remarque dommage pour la cafetière qui ne fonctionnait pas. Et que je n'ai pas pu me connecter à netflix dans la chambre.

Это Очень старое здание. Сделан приблизительный косметический ремонт. Кондиционера нету. Дверь в Туалет и ванную комнату не закрывается поскольку дверь старая деревянная и уже деформировалась. Приходилось чем то ее зажимать чтоб не спать с открытой дверью.

Les couchages pour 4 personnes adultes n'est pas adapté. Seul un lit double est confortable le clic clac et le lit d'appoint ne sont pas adaptés à des adultes. Le confort n'est pas là. Les draps des lits supplémentaires n'était pas fait ... Accueil à revoir ... Contact avec les hôtes difficile peu disponibles par téléphone.
