About this cottage rental
Welcome to the “Rêves de Gamins” vacation rental
Our farm is located in Sargé-Les-Mans, just 8 km from Le Mans, and is close to the European Equestrian Center (2 min) and 15 min from the 24 Hours of Le Mans racetrack and the Le Mans train station.
The nearest airport (Tours Val de Loire) is 97 km from “Rêves de Gamins.”
This is the perfect place to enjoy some time alone or with your family.
The house features a 10-hectare meadow and a 1.5-hectare wooded area, which you’ll have access to throughout your stay.
Our house can accommodate up to 10 people (more upon request). It has 4 bedrooms with 5 double beds and 2 bathrooms/shower rooms.
On the first floor, you’ll find the common areas: a dining room, a living room with a fireplace and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a restroom, and a shower room.
The 25 m² quadruple bedroom, featuring 2 double beds, is also located on this level.
The bathroom and a second restroom are located on the first floor. A long hallway leads to the three other bedrooms. All offer views of the garden, and each features a double bed.
An extra bed can be added upon request (a supplement of 20€ per night per bed will be charged).
Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, and each room is equipped with a clothes rack and hangers.
Sheets and towels are included, as well as basic amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, etc.).
All you’ll have to do is unpack your bags.
The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, stovetop, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.).
The house also has a washing machine and a dryer (upon request).
A high chair, books, and games are available for your use.
For your safety, the house is equipped with a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher, and a first-aid kit. The fireplace is equipped with a fire screen.
And of course, you can enjoy our outdoor amenities (patio, garden, barbecue, etc.).
You’ll also have access to parking at no extra charge.
Pets (1 or 2 maximum) are welcome as long as you stay with them throughout your stay, they are calm and respectful of the property, and, of course, you take care to clean up after them.
In short, we’ll do our very best to make you feel right at home here.
Please note that the house is a bit rustic; renovations are currently underway to improve your comfort (no construction noise during your stay, of course).
Bachelor/bachelorette parties and other similar celebrations are not permitted at this property.
