6 lovely bedrooms for the price of a single hotel room

Very clean and cosy bedrooms once heating had been turned on. (February!) Tastefully decorated with lovely hot showers. Reception and kitchen room plenty big enough for four of us. Garden would be nice in Summer. Shops and restaurants very close by.

Was impossible to find a ‘free parking’ space in any nearby streets on a Saturday afternoon, but the paid parking right outside was only a few Euros for Saturday evening and free on Sunday.

Très bon séjour , assez d’espace pour accueillir un groupe .

Chambres et literie très Confortables. Bon espace externe . Bon emplacement et boutiques a proximité. Places de parking gratuites .

Barbecue et four n’étaient pas propres mais pas non plus désagréables . Nous avons nettoyé avant utilisation et rendu en l’état. Les chaises à l’extérieur avaient de la poussière donc nous ne les avons pas utilisées .

Un coin très pratique pour un groupe

La localisation de la maison était parfait pour notre groupe (à proximité de la gare et du centre-ville, d'un carrefour express et d'un boulangerie, et du parc victor hugo ou les garçons pourraient jouer au basket et au foot). Nous avons aussi adoré manger dehors dans le jardin.

A cause d'un jour férié les poubelles pleines ont traîné pendant des jours dans la rue et avec la chaleur les odeurs étaient désagréables dans le quartier.

Séjour agréable pour accueillir un groupe ou grande famille

Maison bien située, à 12 mn à pied de la gare. RdC : séjour-cuisine, buanderie-WC. 1er étage : 2 chambres sur rue, une sur cour, salle de bains-WC. 2ième étage : 2 chambres sur rue, une sur cour, WC. Le dernier étage peut être chaud aux beaux jours. Literie confortable. Assiettes, verres et couverts en grande quantité. Jardin agréable, au calme ; on y entend les oiseaux. Grande table pour une douzaine de personnes, à l'abri du soleil.

La rue est assez bruyante (trafic routier et passants tardifs), les chambres sur rue entendent ce bruit fenêtres fermées. Le vendredi 2 mai matin, un voisin a travaillé au marteau-piqueur (le propriétaire n'en est pas responsable !). Nombreux travaux dans les rues (y compris la place au bout de la rue) ; là aussi, le propriétaire n'en est pas responsable.
