Great location and lovely spacious apartment. Very well equipped and easy communication with the owner (who kindly supplied an extra fan for us due to the heatwave). 24/7 car parking within a v short walk

Wasn’t an issue for us, but the stairs to the 2nd floor may be a problem for some with heavy bags. Noisy neighbours above as mentioned by others.

The property was very clean, the bathroom was spacious, the shower was great and liked having the laundry machine available. The host was communicating and offered solutions to our concerns.

Lots of stairs to climb, which wasn’t in the description, also the stairwell lights timed out every 30 seconds or so. The host said I should have inferred by this picture of the roof top deck that the apartment was on the top floor and there was no elevator. Ok, but I inferred the apartment has 2 floors but I did not know it would be on the top floors of 5 story building. So those with mobility concerns, look elsewhere. Rue Gambetta is right outside the kids room and living room and gets quite loud on the weekends. You can hear people from the bar and at the vending machine all night, so getting cool air through the open windows at night was a no go . Had to pick between sweating or listening to people yelling down the street. And really there is no AC. The AC is only upstairs and did not work well. The description was a bit misleading about it being an air conditioned apartment. Lastly, everyone in our party commented on the tiny toilet room. It was hard for someone over 6ft to sit on the toilet and still be able to close the door.
