It was very hot on arrival and only two ac units were found. Not an issue as some of our party were ok with the heat but could be a problem for others. If there are three ac units it might be good idea for instructions as to where to find them.

Building is very old. Creaking floorboards kept us up at night.

Although obviously the host put some effort into the decoration, the fact is that the building is just too old, with creaking floorboards throughout the building. We could hear every footstep from the upstairs neighbor. Not recommended if you're a light sleeper and they come back home at 1 AM...

Brief (only a stopover on the way back home to the UK) but very pleasant.

Great location for exploring the city centre, bars restaurants etc. Really clean with some great additions included like Netflix and a Wii for the kids. Would happily stay again. Thanks Alexis.

Fantastic weekend location in the centre of Le Mans

Fantastic location for our visit leading up to the 24 hours of Le Mans with its central location. Also ideally located on the Tram line that runs direct to the circuit. Great to be a minutes walk to our favourite bars and restaurants

Perfect location for us. Absolutely beautifully laid out and decorated to a very high spec. It had everything we needed and more.

We could hear the person upstairs walking up and down the central staircase but this did not detract from me giving the property 10/10

Extremely cool apartment. Lots of character and space. Building not so great and location meant tram going by and some people. But the uniqueness of the apartment and space was the takeaway.

Perfect

The layout was very functional and the living room was really cozy. It was great to be able to use our Netflix and Amazon accounts on the TV for watching a film in the evening. The kitchen was really well equipped and the location was perfect for all areas of Le Mans. There was an underground car park about 5 mins walk away which charged us about €10 a day.

Nous avons récupéré les clefs dans une boite à clefs avec code, très bien indiquée. Pour un séjour en famille, nous avons loué deux appartements dans l'immeuble : un avec deux chambres et l'autre avec trois chambres. Les appartements sont bien situés, bien agencés et décorés. Ils sont propres, et l'hôte est très réactif. Nous recommandons !

Los apartamentos están en un segundo piso sin ascensor, debería de avisarse en la descripción. Pero aún así el acceso era facil.

Midden in het centrum perfect als overnachting tijdens doorreis wat wij hebben gedaan maar ook voor een paar dagen Le Mans.

Gordijnen op de bovenste slaapkamer zijn te klein sluiten niet goed.
