Location is superb. Large size. Good value for money. Alexis excellent with communications and updates/responses.

We don’t stay long enough (~8 hours)- everything worked as expected. Heatwave meant cooling was a challenge.

Limpieza muy buena, ubicación, espacioso, grandes ventanales. Propietario agradable y pendiente de nuestro confort. Buena calidad - precio.

Horas de entrada y salida deberían ser más flexibles, al menos para dejar las maletas. No hay armarios en las habitaciones, solo cajones, pero solo estuvimos una noche. Recomendacion: lavavajillas, calentador eléctrico para toallas (súper útil en los apartamentos), lavadora con secadora (si vas a estar varios días es muy útil en esta zona). Calefacción que pueda ser suministrada por los viajeros y alguna decoración en el baño, es un poco tétrico tan blanco. Me pareció raro que el propietario contactase por WhatsApp casi una semana antes para pagar las tasas (creí que siempre debía ser por la plataforma).

The property was very clean, the bathroom was spacious, the shower was great and liked having the laundry machine available. The host was communicating and offered solutions to our concerns.

Lots of stairs to climb, which wasn’t in the description, also the stairwell lights timed out every 30 seconds or so. The host said I should have inferred by this picture of the roof top deck that the apartment was on the top floor and there was no elevator. Ok, but I inferred the apartment has 2 floors but I did not know it would be on the top floors of 5 story building. So those with mobility concerns, look elsewhere. Rue Gambetta is right outside the kids room and living room and gets quite loud on the weekends. You can hear people from the bar and at the vending machine all night, so getting cool air through the open windows at night was a no go . Had to pick between sweating or listening to people yelling down the street. And really there is no AC. The AC is only upstairs and did not work well. The description was a bit misleading about it being an air conditioned apartment. Lastly, everyone in our party commented on the tiny toilet room. It was hard for someone over 6ft to sit on the toilet and still be able to close the door.
