We had a nice stay. All you need is there. It's bang for the buck. Towels and bedsheets are smelly.

Not managed 24 hours. Took automatic booking but property was not ready. Cancelled after we arrived.

The property is not 24hour as stated and took an immediate booking when it was not ready. We arrived and the property was not ready and no one was there to get it ready or give us the keys. They eneded up cancelling the booking on us after we had already arrived at the property.

Poor communication and facilities.

Nothing in particular

Difficult to contact owner. Did not want to talk on the phone, only text. No curtains in bedrooms!! Owners message was " the last occupants broke them"! Had to put sheets and blankets up. No plugs in bath or sink On the 4th floor with no lifts. No coffee, tea or anything.

Lovely stay at Le Mans

Spacious and clean apartnent in a very good location. We had a very good stay and eventhough it was a hot day the apartment is light and well ventilated with big windows. Private and clean building. Communication with the host was good. Good boulangeries round the corner and places ro eat. All essentials for your stay provided.

Really enjoyed our trip to Le Mans and property reasonably located, about 20 minute walk to city centre. Nice property b

Good layout and nice views on both aspects. Our boys enjoyed the Xbox and fairly easy to park nearby. Property had a good feel and comfortable layout.

Not enough towels, 3 towels for 5 guests. Bedding for sofa bed was musty. Area was noisy late at night, noise of people talking from nearby bar/cafe continued to 3/4am. Access to property was not easy to work out and we were sent two different addresses for the property. Also property on 4th floor so lots of walking up and down stairs with luggage. Instructions didn’t make it clear that you need to download app in order to lock property door.

Good apartment but serious hygiene issues

Very easy to find, and the check in process was very smooth. The apartment is spacious, with two bedrooms and a couch that can be opened to fit two more people. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment is not overlooked. We could easily find parking on the street and on the next day we visited the street market nearby.

The couch had bedbugs and one of my friends had to sleep on the floor. Neighbors downstairs were very noisy and partied until 5am. Not enough bath towels for five people and we had to look for beddings for the couch (before we found out it had bed bugs).

Difficult to find. I found the address of but finding the actual apartment was more challenging. essentially this is an apartment in a residential building. only for a very nice Cameroon man who spoke English it would have been even more stressful to find!

Le quartier est sympa, proche des transports et il y a plein de commerces de proximité

4eme sans ascenseur… Pas de lave linge, peu de vaisselle, état très discutable du logement (pas de volet dans une des chambres, juste une alaise en guise de « rideau »… salle de bain à reprendre (dont la douche brûlante quand quelqu’un tire la chasse d’eau…)

Ménage pas fait à notre arrivé. Pas de lumière dans les chambres puisque pas de sortie pour mettre une ampoule au plafond… les prises presque dénudées.

La literie était bonne. C'était joli en terme de déco et spacieux. Voisinage sympathique

Le 4eme étage sans ascenseur non spécifié dans l'annonce mon père a eu des difficultés pour monter et descendre. Une chambre sans volets avec un rideau occultant que nous ne pouvions pas fermer vu qu'il n'y avait pas de tringle... Cafetière non fonctionnelle. Dommage car sinon il serait vraiment sympathique.

Les photos sont jolies mais la réalité un peu moins.

Ce n’était pas très propre. Qualité des lits/oreillers moyens. Douche en mauvais état. Prise électrique défectueuse voir dangereuse.
