Welcome to our 120 M² house in the city center of Le Mans for a
family reunion or a business trip.
Ideal for large groups with its 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms!
Bed linen and towels are provided. You can enjoy all the comforts of this renovated house with an outdoor terrace, a 150 m² garden and its barbecue, for a pleasant stay.
Free parking spaces are available 20 m from the house, rue Mangeard or on Place Washington (paid during the day but free in the evening).
You will find in the street wine shop, butcher, bakery and a city crossroads.
Access to the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit by TRAM (15 minutes) 5 minutes walk from the house.
Access to the city center in 7 minutes on foot and to the old town in 15 minutes.

Perfect house for our group about 20 minutes walk to the Cathedral and the old town (well worth a visit especially the Chimaire).The house was perfect for our group of height, appreciated the extra bathrooms. Very good showers, very comfortable beds. There is a convenient well stocked Carefour Market about 2 minutes walk away along with 2 bakeries and restaurants.Alexandre was very helpful and the instructions given yo check in were spot on. We will definitely book the house again for our next trip to the race.

Good location and all amenities were good. Unfortunately our stay, particularly access and parking were impacted by significant construction works on the same road and immediate area.

The property was presented in a good clean condition and is spacious, with a nearby underground car park. It is in an average position. However, be aware the underground car park is closed on Sundays, we nearly had a car stuck in there until a very kind lady let us out.
