A stylish, spacious, clean and comfortable 2 floor apartment within walking distance of the town centre. Highly recommen

Stylish, spacious and clean. Walking distance to town, where there were lots of restaurants. Private parking. Big comfy sofa. Large table for family dining. Elements of original warehouse incorporated into building design in interesting ways.

Only minor issue was no corkscrew, everything else excellent. Thought trains might be noisy, but was quiet overnight, only heard when sat out in garden in the morning.

Il manquait un couchage dans une des locations alors que celle-ci était indiquée sur le site Booking. Fort heureusement, le gérant a consenti à nous fournir un matelas gonflable.

Location moderne et confortable à prix raisonnable

Le logement est très spacieux et moderne. Décoré sobrement mais avec goût. Globalement agréable et confortable.

Un des 3 lits n'était pas du tout confortable. Les chambres manquent de meubles/ espaces de rangement. La sbd manque de porte manteau/ patères. La cuisine manque un peu de vaisselle. L'accès est pratique mais la rue peut être un peu bruyante.

Fijn appartement vlakbij centrum

Prachtig ruim, heel leuk dat ze oude elementen hebben laten zitten. Volledige keuken, opgemaakte bedden en lekker grote handdoeken in de badkamer. Mooie buitenruimte. Enorm fijn dat de auto op een afgesloten terrein kon staan. We waren drie kwartier te vroeg en konden toch al in het appartement terrecht. Centrum is op loopafstand

Wij waren met 6 personen en er stonden maar 2 stoelen rond de eettafel. Toilet stond niet helemaal vast.

Logement propre, spacieux, lumineux et très bien équipé . Parking sécurisé dans la cour. Arrivée autonome. Procédure d’arrivée très claire. Échanges courtois avec le propriétaire.

Literie bof, matelas un peu trop fermes et surtout oreillers très inconfortables, voir inutilisables, à remplacer svp. Nous n’avons pas réussi à verrouiller la baie vitrée du salon ni les fenêtres 🤷‍♀️.

Gîtes au centre du Mans

Nous avons loué 2 maisons de 6 personnes. Déco très soignée, maisons confortables, c’est moderne et très joli. Cour intérieure fermée, places de parking, , petit espace extérieur. Rénovation très bien pensée au centre du Mans. Propriétaire très réactif suite à mon appel 👍

Dommage que les maisons soient si sales, que ce soit la cuisine (placards collants, vaisselle sale, etc...),dans la SDB (dentifrice dans les lavabos, etc...) et dans les chambres (poussière sous les lits, etc...) Cela gâche la haute qualité des gîtes 😥😥

Appartement spacieux situé à proximité de la gare et du centre-ville. Équipements modernes et basiques, il ne manque rien. Box internet et grande TV, petite cour aménagée sont des atouts pour les ados. Stationnement privatif et sécurisé, le tout dans un environnement calme et propre. Draps et serviettes fournis. Idéal pour un court séjour en famille ou entre amis. Propriétaire très agréable et arrangeant.

Attention pour les quarantenaires et plus : literie (bien trop) molle, sommier fatigué. Pommeau de douche entartré, pas top

l'emplacement est appréciable pour les activités vers le circuit.

une seule place de parking pour un hébergement de cette taille, c'est peu. coupeau de problèmes de fonctionnement du portail en mode piéton. configuration intérieure passable, avec une charpente métallique dans les zones de mouvements à l'étage (faire attention). cuisine mal équipée (pas de verres à vin, et peu de vaisselle notamment). wifi fonctionnant mal. une terrasse extérieure d'une bonne superficie, mais qui mériterait un peu plus qu'un salon de jardin sur pelouse plastique, surtout à ce prix.
