Cleanliness and lack of maintenance let it down

Location and size

No air-conditioning or fan and given the location near the square you either bake in the heat or have to listen to the passing boy racers.

Property was very suitable for our purpose, however hygiene and maintenance are issue's.

I have left a message for the person responsible for the cleaning and maintenance for the apartment , as of this date no response. Cleaning, maintenance and the decent bed linen were our main issues as I said no response from the proprietor. Most devastating was dried blood on pillows which we found after following directions to strip the ill fitting bed linen off the bed at the end of our stay.

Appartement spacieux au coeur de la ville et situé dans une rue hyper-calme (pas de bruits de rue). Tout est à 2 pas, cafés, boulangeries...

Un joli conte de Noël au Mans

Logement spacieux, lumineux et somme toute étonnamment calme pour une situation centrale, bien desservi par du stationnement (payant) soit en bas de l'immeuble, soit dans un grand parking souterrain à proximité (5 min). La rue est commerçante, et on dispose d'un supermarché pas très loin si besoin. Logement très bien équipé (cuisine spacieuse, salle de douche très spacieuse, literie de très bonne qualité, de nombreux luminaires, tv par fibre), très bien sécurisé (porte pallière à digicode / porte à clé menant à l'escalier desservant l'appartement, puis porte d'entrée), très propre, à la décoration moderne. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires et la personne en charge de la conciergerie.
