Property location was great for the old town however to the rear of the property was a food bank for the homeless Equipment, washing machine, dishwasher etc all included.

Bed linen very tired Beds not very comfortable Some shortages with crockery Not very good comes for our initial arrival. Communicate only via WhatsApp (we found out later) Car park a little confusing initially

Awful, money stolen.

We booked the property because it had secure parking, we received an email from the property to confirm that we could use the secure parking before we arrived but when we tried to access it using the key given to us by the property owner we were told by the parking guardian that the owner had not paid the rent for the space so we couldn't use it. I spoke to the owner who told us we were entitled to cancel for a refund as we needed the secure parking space but when I tried to get the refund through booking.com the owner made up ridiculous stories about us that weren't true and claimed to have told us about different parking we could have used which they did not do. Total scam artist. Do not stay here.

Overal nice place. Parking in basement. Good location.

Our experience was ruined because of the smell of sweat which was disgusting when we came into the apartment. We opened the windows and left for few hours. When coming back into the apartment the smell was still there. We found out the sheets of the bed and pillows were NOT fresh or cleaned. Found also hairs of previous renters. Tried to contact owner but did not receive any message back. Do not recommend.

pas de parking alors que intitulé dans le texte. il faut stationner dans la rue et payer le stationnement. cafetière a dosette sans dosette Machine a laver et lave vaisselle sans dosette infos pour rentrer dans logement transmis par WhatsApp mais a 17h00 pour un accès théorique a 15h00 fenêtre ouverte a notre arrivée alors que c'est l hiver....

M-au contactat și mi-au spus ca am lăsat minzerie în casă 😊 Asta însemnând: prosoapele care le-am folosit 3 farfurii murdare din ce am mâncat Inclusiv mi-au trimis filmări ca am folosit șampon Menționez , casa este de nota 10 puțin zgomot noaptea dar în privința orlistatului lasă de nedorit … mai pe scurt cum îți dau casa au pretenția să o lași la fel adică doar să o cazezi să faci plata și să nu stai în ea ca ei să nu mai plătească oameni ce se ocupă de curățenie … sunt niște albaștri care te amenință cu poliția pentru deranj în casă 🥺 dar oare pentru ce am plătit să nu fac deranj ? Trebuia să spăl lenjeria și să las casa intactă ca nu știu ?! Mulțumesc

Mal parti mais super retrouvailles avec les miens

Le fait qu’Esteban se démène pour nous y faire accéder après des heures de routes

Propriétaire pas du tout réceptif se déchargeant sur le personnel de la conciergerie…plus de 2h45 d’attente pour récupérer les clefs non laissés par le proprio, ménage non fait, pas de cable pour la TV bref heureuseument que l’employé de la conciergerie, à savoir Esteban fut réactif et des plus professionnel.
