Logement propre et confortable, bien situé en centre ville dans une petite impasse au calme, nous avons apprécié le livret d'accueil avec quelques bonnes adresses.

La situation géographique au pied de la cité médiévale.
La petite cour est très négligée et demande nettoyage, peinture et aménagement de plantes en pots pour cacher la vue, exécrable sur les garages.Dans la maison une porte cassée,facile à réparer,la porte des toilettes qui coince en fermeture,l escalier qui craque tellement que si quelqu'un descend,il réveille tout le monde.La poubelle des toilettes est répugnante.Il manque du soin,de l attention et de l entretien/rénovation.
