Family home for up to 8 people, located a 5-minute walk from the tram. The house has 5 bedrooms, including 3 double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms. Quiet and terrace… Private parking. This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family or with friends. The accommodation: On the first floor you will find: A bedroom with a single bed that can also be used as a desk. Upstairs you will find :
o A fully equipped kitchen.
o A living room with a TV, coffee table, and 1 sofa.
o A dining area with a fireplace.
o A bathroom with a shower and toilet.
o A bedroom with a double bed.
➢ On the 2nd floor you will find:
o Two bedrooms with a double bed.
o One bedroom with a single bed.

➢ When you arrive at the entrance of the property, you will find a box Key. ➢ All instructions are sent the day before and the day of your arrival. ➢ Park in front of the garage. Other remarks: In the living room, we have a sofa bed that is not suitable for sleeping. We have a tenant who occupies a one-bedroom apartment in the house at garden level, who does not have access to your rental unit. Access to the garden is not available.
