L'Escale Chambres chez l'habitant climatisées

Nous avons aimé l'accueil par Mickaël, un accueil chaleureux, ses explications pour la chambre mais aussi pour aller dîner à proximité, une boisson fraîche offerte pour nous désaltérer car grosse chaleur, le confort de la chambre avec le lit électrique, la climatisation et une superbe douche. Tout a été parfait, du début à la fin car petit déjeuner avec pains au chocolat et croissants, voir plus si on le souhaitait. Bref, nous conservons sa carte pour en faire profiter ceux qui voudront faire une halte aux Mans. On vous le recommande les yeux fermés ! Honnêtement, c'est une belle et bonne adresse !

Manque seulement un parking privé mais possibilité de vous garer dans la rue. Cela n'a pas posé de problème pour nous en tous cas. C'est un quartier résidentiel plutôt calme.

We chose this accommodation for the proximity to the town centre as we were travelling from Italy to Ireland. I honestly booked in a hurry and really did not read the full description which is a 6pm check in which is really late compared with other properties and an early-ish check out. You are literally just sleeping here. Being town centre the parking was an issue for us as we were transporting a lot of personal belongings and many sentimental and valuable items. When we realised that there was no parking, or parking near to the property, we decided it was too much of a risk to stay. Please note this property will not refund and we were charged the full price of the stay. I can't say the property owner was much help when we asked for advice about parking, little or no assistance not even to talk face to face and give recommendations about secure parking, so we had to book somewhere else at extra cost. Having been a b+b owner myself in the past it costs nothing to be helpful and look for solutions.
