We did not stay at this property as explained below.

We chose this accommodation for the proximity to the town centre as we were travelling from Italy to Ireland. I honestly booked in a hurry and really did not read the full description which is a 6pm check in which is really late compared with other properties and an early-ish check out. You are literally just sleeping here. Being town centre the parking was an issue for us as we were transporting a lot of personal belongings and many sentimental and valuable items. When we realised that there was no parking, or parking near to the property, we decided it was too much of a risk to stay. Please note this property will not refund and we were charged the full price of the stay. I can't say the property owner was much help when we asked for advice about parking, little or no assistance not even to talk face to face and give recommendations about secure parking, so we had to book somewhere else at extra cost. Having been a b+b owner myself in the past it costs nothing to be helpful and look for solutions.

Great place with friendly owners and really good value

Very well appointed small apartment rather than just room. Every facility you would need even for a few days even though we only stayed overnight. In the house (although private entrance) of the hosts who were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Good breakfast with fresh bread and eggs provided when we got up and a fridge full of goodies as well. We would highly recommend and if we need to stay in Le Mans again we will definitely return.

We were surprised by the great breakfast and welcome of Pascaline and Michael.

It would be very difficult to better the stay.

Comfy and convenient, wish we could have had a lie in!

Breakfast was simple but extremely well executed. I slept very well due to comfy bed/pillows, and the room was the perfect temperature, very quiet and dark.

Check out at 9am was way too early!

Pour être parfait, il ne manque qu'une solution pour cuisiner un peu, même si un micro-ondes est présent. Et cela me concernait car présent sur place une dizaine de jours de suite mais la majorité des locations doivent s'établir sur quelques jours, donc on peut s'en passer.

Appartamento gestito con grande attenzione

Mansarda locata sopra la casa dei proprietari, gentilissimi, che gestiscono con attenzione e cura . Pulizia impeccabile. Spazi adeguati. Parcheggio comodo sulla strada. A 6 minuti in auto dal centro.

Per la colazione c'erano yogurt, succhi, Marmellate, caffè ecc, ma solo latte in polvere (lo integrerei , anche a lunga conservazione, per fare un buon cappuccino) , inoltre abbiamo sentito la mancanza di una bottiglia di acqua. Check in e out a orari un po limitati x le nostre esigenze ( non lo avevo capito in fase di prenotazione, e x maggior flessibilità avrei dovuto richiedere con un certo anticipo e non in giornata d'arrivo)

Wir waren zu Viert zur Le Mans Classic Veranstaltung und nutzte die Unterkunft als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Die sehr netten Vermieter haben uns den Aufenthalt in Le Mans sehr angenehm gemacht. Eine saubere Ferienwohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem kleinen Aufenthaltsraum und einer guten Verpflegung ist eine gute Adresse für einen Aufenthalt für bis zu vier Personen. Bien que tout soit annoncé, nous avons malgré tout été agréablement surpris de vérifier qu'il y a bien la climatisation, que la salle de bain est grande et bien équipée, que le petit déjeuner est copieux, que l'hôte est agréable, et enfin, que le parking dans la rue est facile, et le centre ville est vraiment à deux pas.
