We stayed here for two nights with my wife and our two young children. The first thing to note is that you cannot drive directly to the apartment, as it’s located on a pedestrianised street. This isn’t an issue at all—the underground car park is only a minute’s walk away and very reasonably priced. We were welcomed by a lovely lady who showed us around. It felt a little formal at first, but the apartment itself quickly won us over. It’s spacious, beautifully decorated, and perfect for a family stay. The kitchen is well equipped, the main bed is exceptionally comfortable, and the second bedroom was ideal for our children—they slept wonderfully, and so did we. Despite being right in the heart of the main shopping streets, the apartment is incredibly quiet. The location couldn’t be better, and the overall experience was excellent. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Le Mans—it really is a little gem.

Séjour parfait.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement et tenions à souligner plusieurs points forts qui ont rendu notre expérience très agréable. Tout d'abord, la localisation est idéale. Être au cœur de la ville nous a permis de profiter pleinement de toutes les commodités, des restaurants et des magasin à pied. Un vrai plus ! Ensuite, l'accueil de la conciergerie, un instant clé, a été remarquable. La personne qui nous a accueillis était chaleureuse, disponible et nous a donné de précieux conseils pour notre séjour. C'est très appréciable d'avoir un tel service. La proximité du parking est également un avantage considérable, surtout lorsque l'on arrive en voiture. Enfin, le confort de l'appartement est indéniable. L'intérieur est bien aménagé, propre et confortable. Tout était pensé pour notre bien-être. Merci à l'instant clé.
