well appointed for a short of long stay including washing machine etc. Excellent self-service breakfast with large choice including cold meats and cheese in the refrigerator and, a nice and welcoming touch, a couple of cold beers with replacements after consumption.

Perfect for a short city break. Comfortable, very clean and breakfast was great.

Excellent location for easy access to Le Mans main town. Everything provided and breakfast selection was really good. We were met by William who showed us where to park and was very friendly. The room was small but very comfortable. Perfect for a short stay.

Very good location. Easy to walk to resturants, the old city etc. William had kept a parking spot for us on a quieter side street. Quiet area. It is very petit bcoean and had all we needed

Lovely setting & absolutely immaculate chalet

In my opinion the breakfast offered was very lacking in nutrition. Everything was long life, perhaps just some fresh fruit could be offered.

Propre, fonctionnel mais literie de mauvaise qualité

Le petit déjeuner est top, beaucoup de choix, rien à redire là-dessus. Le logement est propre et assez bien agencé. Et l’accueil de l’hôte très chaleureux.

L'emplacement du gîte est en centre ville avec des ruelles étroites et peu de places pour se garer… très galère de nuit quand on doit se garer plusieurs rues plus loin. Le matelas est a changé, pas confortable du tout on sent toutes les lattes du sommier…

La posizione è molto buona per girare in centro a Le Mans anche di sera (non andate via senza vedere la splendida cattedrale!) Per una famiglia di 4 persone non è grande, ma c’è tutto quello che serve (persino l’asciugatrice in bagno).

Très bien situé dans une arrière cour très calme , proche de ttes les commodités. Le propriétaire est très gentil et donne de nombreux conseils. Le petit déj au top . Il ne manque vraiment rien, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir chez William.

War okay für eine Nacht.

Frühstück zum selbst machen stand zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist zentral und die Innenstadt lässt sich gut zu Fuß erreichen. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz an der Straße war leicht zu finden.

Die Wohnung war kühl und roch leider recht muffig.
