L emplacement, l espace, la literie et espace salon / billard.
Dommage que les gens abîment les meubles (salle de bain notamment).

L'espace très relaxant de cet appartement : un très grand séjour et deux belles chambres, le + un billard dans le séjour. Cet appartement est situé pas loin du centre ville du Mans. Que nous avons pu visiter à pied et grace aux navettes car nous étions avec une personne handicapée.
meuble de la sdb laisse à désirer et la douche a une fuite. Le minimum de vaisselle.

La table de billard, un vrai plus !
L'entrée dans le bâtiment se fait en sonnant à une adresse au niveau de l' interphone et ça ne fonctionnait plus le lendemain matin. Un peu stressant
