The house met our needs but would benefit from some maintenance and cleaning.

The location was as described an fine for our needs. Breakfast not supplied

1. Shower broken. I informed the owner and he responded - Yes it will be repaired, however it works normally. The fixture that held the shower head broken which meant it would not stay in place and had to be held. 2. Kitchen sink leaked. The owner had placed a rubbish bag to collect the leaking water. He did message me to tell me this. 3. Very limited kitchen equipment, Aluminium saucepan not suitable for use on induction hob. 4. Late in giving us the entry code, again he did message me but we waited nearly an hour after the agreed time 5. Only 3 mugs provided, we had booked for 5 people 6. There were 3 bedrooms not 4 as described. The living room had a bed and another day bed which meant there was nowhere comfortable to sit and no easy chairs provided. 7. Ridiculously low light fitting in one bedroom 8. Garden very scruffy 9. Garden table on point of collapse 10. Both toilet seats unstable on their fixings 11. Kitchen tap loose on it's mounting 12. Dishwasher filthy and not efficient 13. The whole house was generally not very clean
