Work on the town's heating network is scheduled to start on 8 June and should be completed by early September. This work will cause traffic disruption in rue Jean Rondeau and adjacent streets, which will be closed in turn, and noise pollution during the day. For more information, please contact us.

- A modern, fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Laundry room (with washing machine)
- Bedroom 1: with a single bed, wardrobe and desk (accessible from the living room)
- Bedrooms 2 & 3: each with a double bed (140×190), wardrobe and desk
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
The flat is ideally located in Le Mans, in a quiet area close to everything: shops, restaurants, bars, market, small boutiques... You can do it all on foot!
To discover during your stay:
- The emblematic 24 Hours of Le Mans & 24 Hours of Motorcycling (circuit visit possible)
- The magnificent Vieux Mans (Cité Plantagênet) and its medieval streets
- Saint-Julien cathedral and the Gallo-Roman city walls

- Relaxing walks along the banks of the Sarthe river
