Charming studio with a view on the river

Great stay overall, and in the warmer season not to miss, in my opinion. Very clean, fresh, spacious, with everything we needed, charming studio, nicely decorated, easy to reach, to park. Short nice walk to the centre of the city. Super nice to have a river with ducks passing by in front, the terrace I imagine serves well during warmer season. Very quiet place, super comfortable double bed. We stayed with our two kids, we got a free crib for our small one and things to organize a bed with the sofa for our 2y old son. In the end, my husband slept on the sofa, as our toddler is a toddler :), and it was a bit hard as a bed for my husband. However the hosts gave us an extra cover for the sofa to make it more comfortable but we opted to use it as extra matelas for our baby, as she was sick and did not sleep well. Kitchen is great, shower area too. Communication with the hosts and check-in check-out was nice and smooth. Thank you very much !

Just a small remark maybe - it took a couple of hours to make the studio warm; the floor stayed quite cold due to the winter season - as we had kids, we removed our shoes, it was a bit chilly :)

Le cadre le calme les équipements la propreté du logement , la gentillesse de l autre qui nous a permis de quitter les lieux en milieu d après midi .

Cadre beau et reposant

Le propriétaire est fort sympathique. Le logement est beau, propore et bien entretenu. Le cadre est reposant. Il est facile de se garer près du logement. Vous pouvez aller à pied au centre ville et il y a une grande zone industrielle commerciale à quelques minutes en voiture. Je recommande fortement!

Il manque une petite barrière dans un coin pour que les enfants puisse s'approcher du lac sans surveillance, un peu juste pour 4, idéal max 3 personnes.

Enchantée par cette pause dans un joli coin de nature

Emplacement calme et atypique, à fleur de Sarthe et cependant très proche du centre historique. Studio très bien pensé et aménagé, le jardin-terrasse est tres agréable, avec jeux et barbecue à disposition. Notre hôte, très accueillant, est de bon conseil et connait bien sa ville.

Superbe séjour

Studio très agréable avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon moment. Quartier très calme à 15mn à pied du centre historique du Mans. Petit jardin également très agréable avec ses 2 terrasses,une couverte et une le long de la Sarthe,pour profiter de la magnifique vue sur la cathédrale du Mans et du bien être des bords de rivière.

Petit avre de paix au milieu de la ville

Le cadre est juste parfait pour se ressourcer l'intérieur et très agréable est superbement bien décorer le lit est juste incroyable j'y ait passer ma meilleure nuit presque un sans faute

Le ballon d'eau est très petit en 5 min il n'y avait plus d'eau chaude ces le seul défaut que je vois

Bel endroit a découvrir

+ Emplacement facile d'accès, place pour se garer. La vue sur la rivière au top, les équipements tout y est pour passer un bon séjour. Calme très sympathique . Centre ville a pied. - le vis a vis mais ... Pour cela des rideaux existent... Et il y en a ☺️ Victor l'hôte joignable et prêt a renseigner. Très bon rapport qualité prix. En bref un endroit où il fait bon séjourner d'autant plus quand il fait beau.
