This place was fantastic and we would highly recommend

comfortable beds, excellent shower, plenty of room, parking right outside the house and plenty of amenities nearby including an amazing food take away called le Royal kebab 10 min walk away , an ideal overnight stop for us, but you could easily stay longer. Excellent host Merci bien Thomas!

Good and not so good.

Interior decoration was modern, and everything was clean. The shower worked well. There is a cafe only a few yards away.

There were no basics provided, so for example it was not possible to make a coffee in the morning. The pillows were basically square cushions, and not very comfortable. At 6am a very noisy cleaning truck spent a while right outside one of the bedroom windows. This is basically in a residential street 20 minutes away from the old town.

Great location for the price, but let down by a nasty smell in the bathroom and other small things

The location is very good for the price - within walking distance of the old Le Mans town centre. There is a convenient parking spot right in front of the property. The apartment is generally well equipped with a smart TV and other conveniences.

The main off-putting point was a bad smell in the bathroom - like an open drain or sewer problem. The mattress in the main room is poor quality - you can feel the springs through it and it does not support your back well. We generally lacked confidence in the apartment's cleanliness - various small things like excessive dust under the bed and an apparently unwashed glass still sitting out when we arrived. Some small touches are missing that could greatly improve the overall experience: e.g. hand soap could be provided in the bathroom; a proper towel-rack could be provided.

The house was perfect to attend the 24h of Le Mans event. Two Bedrooms, WiFi, TV. Nearby Supermarkets. Close to the city of LeMans. Parking in front of the house or nearby on the street.

Très très déçu

Et bien pas grand chose.

La liste est un peu longue. Mais en priorité, le logement pas nickel, la salissure présente un peu partout sur les plinthes les murs etc... Les vis des barres de seuil dépassant de leur logement, sympa pour les pieds nus lorsque l' on passe dessus. Le canapé lit inscrit dans la liste des équipements qui n'est pas présent dans l' appartement. La lampe de chevet manquante dans une chambre, dans la même chambre le lit une place avec les pieds dévissés. Les araignées au plafond , sympa 😐 Une palme spéciale pour la lampe design qui meuble la cuisine et qui attention, n a aucune prise de courant pour la brancher. Notre hôte qui nous attend le soir pour nous remettre les clefs, et qui le matin n'assume absolument pas et me demande de mettre les clefs dans la boîte aux lettres. A chaque remarque, on me répond que ce sont les anciens clients qui ont cassé, ou salit... Alors à ce monsieur je lui réponds qu'à plus de cent euros la nuit, d' une part on fait le ménage, et d' autre part, on assume les aléas du business. Trop facile de se prendre pour un hôtelier pour encaisser mais ne pas assumer les aléas de la profession. Pour conclure, merci pour rien Monsieur pour votre location qui en vaut la moitié.

Une nuit oui, pas une semaine.

Communication facile avec le propriétaire. Douche et lits confortables. Très bonne pression à la douche. Tv de bonne dimension. Location facile d'accès. Ventilateur présent dans une des chambres.

Un vêtement a été oublié lors de la dernière location sous le lit.. Manque important de prises murales ! Une lampe est présente dans le salon mais ce serait bien d'avoir une prise pour la brancher .. Dégivrage du frigo et du freezer à faire. Tiroirs de la salle de bain sale.

La localisation du logement. Près centre ville. Tous les commerces de base à proximité. Salle de bain est top. Facilité pour se garer ça c'est vraiment un point positif

Manque de vaisselle pour cuisiner 3 cuillères à café. Pas de grille pain pas d'essoreuse à salade pas de saladiers. Quand je loue un logement avec cuisine c'est que je veux cuisiner et éviter de chercher des restaurants. C'est le point négatif. Les modifications des lits aussi le descriptif n'est pas à jour sur la présentation du logement

Buena ubicación, zona tranquila. Alojamiento practico para tenerlo como base. El anfitrión fue todo facilidades. Repetiremos.

No hay parking. El parking privado es una plaza en la calle delante de su garaje que una de las noches estaba ocupada por el coche de un vecino.

Passable pour 1 nuit parce que pas d’autres choix

Monsieur est gentil. Remise des clés sur boîtier extérieur. Place de stationnement devant.

Maison au bord de la route avec 1 chambre sur le trottoir et la 2ème plus calme mais côté parking donc un peu plus calme mais pas dingue. 2 portes interdites (sûrement menant au sous sol et l’autre garage) mais pas hyper rassurant. Cafetière pas propre et sachet de cachet soluble dans un pot en inox mais laissé à l’air libre. Heureusement que je ne bois pas de café mais un pot en verre fermé serait sûrement plus propre et hygiénique pour vos prochains locataires. Ustensiles de cuisine manquant et ça fait pas hyper propre. La cuisine n’est pas jolie et vieillotte. Disons que ça va pour une nuit, on voit que vous avez refait la salle de bain et la chambre avec la peinture mais l’atmosphère n’y ai pas rassurante. C’est petit et triste.

Facile et confortable

Logement très bien situé avec stationnement très facile. Bien chauffé, literie impeccable. Tout ce qu'il faut pour un court séjour au Mans. Rapport qualité prix impeccable. Rez de chaussé donc parfait pour ma mère âgée qui avait du mal à se déplacer. Thomas est très gentil et à l'écoute.
