About this house rental
Escape to our modern, unoverlooked house in a peaceful setting, with heated pool (April-Sept). 5 min from historic Le Mans, 15 min from the 24h circuit. Enjoy 150m² of private space, separate entrance, in the heart of nature, for a rejuvenating stay. Bedroom and living room with direct access to the pool.
After passing through the property gate, you can park in the reserved parking spaces. You enter the property from the basement, where the washing machine is located.
At the top of the stairs, you arrive in the entrance/kitchen with a marble fitted kitchen with gas hob.
Climb a few steps to reach the dining room with 2 very large bay windows overlooking the pool.
You enter the first bedroom (bed 160) overlooking the pool with a very large bay window and a huge dressing room. From the first bedroom, a few steps lead down to the second bedroom and the teak bathroom. The bathroom features a toilet, double washbasin and shower.
The house is ideal for a family with 2 children of swimming age. Smaller children are of course welcome, but parents will need to be vigilant on the stairs and take extra care with the pool.
The pool is heated to 26°, so for the sake of bathing comfort and energy savings, it's essential to close the pool when you're away, and every night.
For safety and temperature control, the pool is equipped with an electric roller shutter with fasteners, which is your responsibility.
We check the water quality every day. The pool is heated from mid-April to mid-September (depending on weather conditions).
Parties are not permitted, so please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
Pets are not allowed.
