Everything indeed.
Apartment is great, very spacious and cosy, modernly furnished with really all the 6 guests would need (big fridge and freezer, dish washing machine, clothes washing machine and separate drying machine, Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, three bedrooms and two separate bathrooms, with windows, one with both a bath tube and shower cabin!), spotless clean.
Location is fantastic, 3 min walk to a convenient bus/tram stop and a supermarket (7-8 min walk to a bigger Coop supermarket). Five-six stops with tram to Basel Zoo (highly recommend!) or 11 stops to Central station with easy bus connection to Airport.
You receive for free for all guests for all nights the Basel City Card, which allows you to travel for free around the city with all public transportation, including from and to the airport on your arrival and departure dates. It is absolutely worth talking advantage of this and explore the city.
Just ask the host and he will assist you with everything. He is very polite and responsive, timely responding and resolving anything you might encounter.
You can also use an inside covered garage right in front of the apartment building at an acceptable charge per night, which saves you a lot of troubles wondering where you are allowed to park outside and how much it would cost. I managed to fit a big 9-seat minivan (5.3 m length) so it is big and comfortable enough.
Really, highly recommend this apartment!

Die Unterkunft ist baulich modern und vollständig intakt. Sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Möbel und das Geschirr sind in einwandfreiem Zustand.
Ein Staubsauger wäre praktisch, aber der vorhandene Besen findet die Brötchenkrümel genauso gut.

Het is mooi groot en modern.
Parkeren is niet bij de prijs inbegrepen en kost 25 CHF per dag per auto. Wij hebben in de buurt verder weg na lang zoeken parkeerplekken kunnen vinden. Inrichting is minimaal voor 6 personen en er is zeer weinig keukengerei/bestek etc.
