The property was very well located, easy commute to Basel city center which was excellent. The check-in process with the Airkey system was very smooth and honestly the easiest I’ve ever experienced. The price was very attractive, offering outstanding value for money. You’ll definitely see me again!

Katastrophal! Eiskalt und schlechter Service

gute Lage, Zimmer war in Ordnung

Heizung war defekt, Zimmerfenster war defekt. Mit einer Zimmertemperatur von 2 Grad sehr unangenehm und nicht tragbar. Versprochene Reparaturen wurden während dem ganzen Aufenthalt 10 Tage nicht repariert. Rückerstattung wird nicht ausgeführt (warte seit über 1 Monat). Notfalllinie wird nur bis 22 Uhr bedient. Versprechungen werden keine eingehalten. Ersatzzimmer konnte nicht bezogen werden. Nie wieder!

Belle adresse que je recommande vivement !

J'ai réservé cet établissement pour ma mère qui y a passé 6 nuits. Elle a adoré cet établissement. L'endroit est facilement accessible en bus, le studio est joli et bien décoré. Le grand salon bleu commun est magnifique et on peut y recevoir des amis et même préparer à manger si on le souhaite. La literie est bonne et les studios bien insonorisés. De plus la situation géographique permet de se balader facilement du côté suisse et français. Bref, vous l'aurez compris, c'est une chouette adresse et ma mère se réjouit d'y aller de nouveau. J'oubliais, on a eu un très bon contact avec Marie la propriétaire.

Ma mère n'avait pas téléchargé l'app pour pouvoir ouvrir la porte (je lui avait pourtant dit de le faire). Ma mère n'a pas l'habitude de tout ce qui est digital mais heureusement qu'un employé de l'établissement ainsi que des clients ont pu l'aider pour pouvoir ouvrir la porte de son studio :-). Le parking est compliqué si vous recevez des amis qui viennent vous voir.

Es muy frío. Tiene dos ventanas grandes pero solo una de ellas tiene radiador para evitar que se enfríe la habitación Adicional no tuvimos jabón, ni shampoo

attenzione alla mail con il codice per entrare!

La posizione è molto buona perchè centrale e il parcheggio va prenotato a parte (anche questo non è indicato su booking quindi noi abbiamo lasciato l'auto fuori con un disco orario di 2 ore). Il prezzo anche è molto buono e solo per questo metto due stelle anzichè 1. C'era la macchina del caffè, bollitore e forno a microonde.

Ci sono un sacco di cose che non sono chiare su Booking al momento della prenotazione. Intanto, pur avendo pagato, non abbiamo ricevuto le istruzioni per accedere all'alloggio quindi la sera stessa, non essendoci nessuno al nostro arrivo (alle 17.30) non potevamo entrare. Per fortuna c'era un ospite che ci ha aiutati a metterci in contatto con la proprietà perchè al numero telefonico di booking non rispondeva nessuno, non so come avremmo fatto senza di lui. Ricevuto il codice abbiamo dovuto scaricare un app e accedere facendo aprire la porta con il nostro telefono. La procedura non era delle più facili. All'interno due trasponder da usare per i successivi passaggi. Ci siamo anche accorti che la porta quando uscivamo non si chiudeva a chiave. Le pulizie erano scarse, peli nel lavandino e polvere sia sui cuscini del divano (se sono sporchi perchè metterli sul cuscino dove si dorme???) sia sul divano. Il primo giorno c'era una sola sedia, il secondo è apparsa l'altra. Non c'è una saponetta o una salvietta ma solo 3 asciugamani (piccolo, medio e doccia) per due persone. L'appartamento è anche ben fatto ma di certo manca la cura che una persona presente avrebbe.. probabilmente è stato solo comprato per far soldi, ma la differenza è palpabile

Super petit appartement très confortable neuf et propre et parfaitement équipé. A deux pas de la frontière Suisse et de Bale avec ligne de tram à la frontière.

La localisation de l'hébergement proche de la frontière Suisse. La décoration de l'hébergement, la salle de douche assez spacieuse. Lit confortable

Il n'y avait pas d'éponge dans la kitchenette, pas de papier toilette supplémentaire. Possibilité de sortir du lit que d'un seul côté, car le lit est collé au mur. Le self checking que je n'ai jamais réussi à faire fonctionner malgré l'installation de l'application AIRKEY. Heureusement qu'il y a avait un badge à disposition à l'intérieur de l'hébergement. Lors de notre arrivé la porte était fermée mais pas verrouillée nous avons pu rentrer directement.

Parfaite localisation proche du centre de Bâle

Réservé pour un rdv tôt le matin dans le centre de Bâle. Le prix attractif et la proximité du tram de Bale (2 min de marche) ont été décisif dans mon choix. L'hôtel est tout neuf et très joli. Il y a même un salon partagé avec une grande télé. Super ! L'accès à l'hotel ainsi que la chambre est via une application. Je n'avais jamais utilisé mais cela a été très simple d'utilisation. J'ai pu arriver tard, sans difficulté.

Excellent rapport qualité prix, très bon service client

L’appartement était très bien situé et il était facile de se rendre dans le centre de Bâle depuis là-bas. Mon appartement était neuf et rénové avec goût. Le système de AirKey m’a vraiment simplifié la vie, moi qui oublie tout le temps mes clés! Je reviendrais sans hésiter si je dois à nouveau me rendre à Bâle pour le travail.

Le système pour déverrouiller la porte est particulièrement simple et intuitif, ce qui rend l’arrivée autonome très fluide. L’appartement était d’une propreté irréprochable et la réactivité de l’établissement mérite d’être soulignée.

Arrivée en self-checking facile. Super déco, et lit très confortable. J'ai beaucoup aimé le style du bâtiment et sa proximité avec la Suisse et Novartis. Le tram est à 3 minutes à pied pour le centre de Bâle.

Un séjour agréable à Saint-Louis dans un logement confortable et bien pensé.

J’ai passé une merveilleuse nuit dans la résidence à Saint-Louis de Homenhancement. L’appartement est confortable et parfaitement équipé. Tout est neuf et moderne et l’appartement était évidemment très propre. Je recommande vivement cette adresse.
