Great and interesting location - right on the border - able to easily visit Basel on the T11 and able to shop at French prices. Great that there was a key fob in the room.

Took a day a two requests to get wifi password. Had a TV, but no remote controller, so useless.

I like the location the room the wc facilities in the room kitchen etc

There was no hand soap or shower gel, I don’t think is nice as we don’t travel for 2 days with that in out bag specially if only got a backpack, also 1 toilet paper for 4 days is not enough. The rest was amazing

Die Lage an der Grenze war sehr gut. Sehr gute Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nach Basel

Dass man zuvor eine App für die Türöffnung installieren musste war umständlich. Es war nur online check in möglich. Ich habe vor unserer Ankunft einige Mails bekommen, wie sehr wir willkommen sind, da war ich schon sehr enttäuscht, als wir angekommen sind und unser Zimmer nicht gereinigt war. Wir mussten erst einmal umständlich durch Telefonate auf dieses Problem hinweisen. Eine Reinigungskraft musste organisiert werden und das Zimmer konnte dann 1,5 Stunden später bezogen werden. Es war zwar aufgeräumt, aber der Boden war nicht sauber und das Geschirr in der Küche war auch nicht sauber. Kontaktaufnahme ist sehr umständlich wenn keine Personen vor Ort sind.
