Great location and helpful staff

Location was perfect for good eating spots and for sightseeing. Staff were very helpful and responsive to any queries.

Beds are very firm. I had to sleep on the sofa bed for the last night as I had back ache from the main bed. Also they only provide one pillow which is not enough (we realised on the second night there were some more under the sofa bed but we had to put the covers on these ourselves). I think 2 per person should be provided on the bed as standard. I think some milk being provided for coffees would be nice

no meals provided. Location was excellent. Good amenities nearby as well as tram stop. room spacious and kitchen well accessorized. Cleaner was on site when I arrived at 11am and was able to check me in early after I waited 10 minutes. He very politely helped familiarize me with how to operate appliances.

needs a hair dryer. Also, clothes dryer appeared not to work. Room would benefit from an area rug.

Good location to stay, central and convienient

The location is very central in Basel, making it very convenient to get to places. Also a nice touch to provide adapters for travellers. Check in process is also efficient with advanced instructions for those with long flight from Australia.

The washing machine instructions were all in another language other than English and I think the spinning sometimes does not work, leading to very wet clothing after wash. Also, there are many shops below and there was a guy singing very loudly with amplifiers in the evening and I think you should ask the person not to sing there and move somewhere else. I am actually severely hearing impaired and I could hear him.

good location. easy communication with management company prior to check in.

location was good. easy access to old town center, river walks, bridges etc. they kindly let us drop off our bags at the apartment prior to check in time.

at night it was rather noisy as it's located over a couple of very busy restaurants/caffes and in a rather touristy street. the apartment was very warm - the weather was nice - and there is no air conditioning, so we had to air the place by opening the only window facing the street. they were not flexible on the checkout - I asked for a 1 or 2pm checkout instead of standard 11am, and this was not allowed, and they pointed us to the main train station when asked if they could hold our luggage at least for the same duration.

Our family spent a great vacation in the heart of Basel

The property was located in the very center of old town. It was a clean, comfortable and well-equipped flat.

Outside noise on working days very early in the morning interrupted sleep.

Superb location

Amazing location, in the old town no more than 3 minutes to the market square.,5 minutes to the Rhine. Apartment was very modern and clean. Communications via email regarding check in was very clear, had no issues. Apartments are next to mister burger, from the photo I was expecting it to be on the corner, it is opposite the supermarket. We loved our stay here , Basel is beautiful abd the apartments were close to everything.

It was very hot when we stayed in Basel although fans were supplied and very much needed it would have been ideal to have air conditioning to keep the apartment cool. As in the heart of the old town can be quite noisy to keep the window open at night.

Very nice and modern studio flat

This modern studio flat offered a comfortable and convenient stay. The flat was very clean and well-equipped, featuring a full kitchen. The provision of two duvets and adaptors was a thoughtful touch. I particularly appreciated the firm mattress, which provided excellent support. Upon arrival, the flat was a little stuffy, but the available fan quickly remedied this. The shared laundry facilities (washer and dryer) were always accessible, a definite plus. The location was ideal, right in the town centre with easy walking distance to shops, attractions, and the Rhine river. The proximity to the SBB main train station (only four stops away) added to the convenience. Lastly, there is no 100 check-out list. Overall, a positive experience with a well-maintained flat in an excellent location.

As expected in a central location, there was some street noise; however, this was easily managed with earplugs. A minor point was that the number of coffee pods provided didn't quite match the duration of my stay. It was a shame that I needed to keep the curtains closed at all times due to the proximity to the office across the street. The check-out time was 11 am, but the cleaning staff knocked on the door just after 10 am, which felt a little early, and I wasn't sure if this was a reminder or an expectation to leave sooner.

Excellent set up with easy access and clear instructions. The apartment is small but very comfortable and well equipped. It was immaculately clean.

Super central location and spotlessly clean apartment with great amenities.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was better than the one in my own house. The room had an electric shutter so you could make the room more private and cooler. Bathroom was great and the shower had fantastic water pressure.

There some street noise in the morning from 6 am.

The location was excellent – we were able to reach everywhere easily. Thanks to the complimentary Basel Card, we received discounts at many attractions and could use public transportation for free. The apartment was very clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The in-room instructions were very clear, which made it easy to find everything we needed. Communication was also great; our questions were answered promptly. If we visit Basel again, we would definitely stay here.

The studio was exactly what I needed for my short stay in Basel. The room was clean and comfortably equipped with everything one may need.

Great apartment, great owners, great location.

First of all, let me explain(becuz i was confused to see all 3 apartments have the same photos). Dali, Warhol and Da Vinci is on the same floor, Side bu side. Probably has the same furnitures. The owners are very nice and responsive. They tried to help me with my questions as much as they can. Accepted my luggage before the check-in time. Apartment has many utilities enough for 2 person. Although the weather was cold apartment was warm enough. The bed felt a bit stiff in the beginning but it was comfortable. They have 2 adaptors for Swiss plugs which is great! Shower is perfect, instantly get hot water and its comfortable. I didnt use the TV but there is one. There is detergant for the dish washer. The location is perfect! Very close to the trams, historical places, the brigde, nice cafes, markets around, good brands are nearby. The center is no-car Zone and its an amazing experience for the tourists just walking around freely! Washing machine and the drier is on the common area. Havent used them but it is nice to know they exist :) Yes Switzerland is very expensive on many aspects, also the hotels. I should say this apartment's price was good comparing to the others on the center.

Bed is small for two (rather large) person, keep it mind. Also the couch May fit one person, two is difficult. Also the flat is small, staying here as 4 adults would be challenging :) So we can say the apartment is for 2 person maybe 3 with a child. But I was alone and it was great! Comparing to my earlier experiences, i looked for some slippers but couldnt find. The apartment is very small so it wasnt a huge problem but it would be nice to have slippers. Also couple bags of teas i searched for but couldnt find. But there is coffee. Also to keep an umbrella in the apartment would be fine, but you can find cheap umbrellas around if you forget to bring one as i did. And there is no fruit or wine on the table 😂 But i was not expecting that already. These are very Minor issues of course. Overall i definetely reccomend it.

Spacious apartment in the centre of Basel.

Beautiful spacious apartment in the centre of basel. Close to shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Also very close to some of the main view points and attractions. Apartment was a good size for a couple would likely be a bit of a squish for 4 people however. Kitchen was well equipped, bathroom was a good size with a lovely shower. Bed was reasonably comfortable although very firm. All things you could need such as iron, airer, TV, cleaning products etc. Check in was easy, collection of keys from a key box outside the apartment and a spare set of keys on the inside.

As I said the bed was a little firm other than this the apartment was fantastic.

Disappointing

The location is amazing.

There was no AC, no fan at all and temperature was 31 degrees. Opening the window didn’t help much as there is only one small window that could be opened

The apartment is located really at the centre of the city. It is clean and is well equipped.

The apartment is in a building with a heavy smell of cigarettes, it is very noisy - trams passing nearby, a cafe with loud music under. It is difficult to be reached by car (parking is about 600 m.). There is no air conditioning which is a problem in the summer.

Central location in spacious apartment

Great location, very central. Large room, equipped kitchen with a coffee machine. Easy to check in and check out by just picking up the keys from a box. Good wifi connection.

Overall, our stay was clean but uncomfortable.

the room was clean and there were many facilities provided including cooking utensils, washing machine and dryer etc.

the quantity of pillows and blankets provided were not enough for four people stay and the rest of us had to use rough towels as pillows for our sleep. Our stay did not consist of any fan or air ventilation so the room was very hot and stuffy. The host also lied about having an elevator in the building for us to transport our luggages from the ground to the floor of our room. When we got to the building, we had to carry our big and heavy luggages from the bottom floor all the way to our room. The apartment outside was very noisy as well.

Good location for connectivity to the city and train stations. Very nice apartment with everything you need. Very clean. Great for a long term stay too.

Way too many emails before arriving and within the first days of arrival, making it difficult to filter out what was important. The location was quite noisy, being located on a busy street. It was quite warm, so the window had to be open.
