HITrental Basel Apartments

Beds were lovely, very clean, very nice shower, easy instructions on how to open the Sofa beds, Nice to have coffee and Sugar/Milk left out. Overall the apartment was excellent value for money and i would highly recommend.

TV remote batteries were wasted so whereas we could turn on the TV we could not change the channels, We were in Basel during extreme heat- 36 degrees. It would have been nice if the apartment had air conditioning.

Very nice and spacious apartment. Super central. Communication with hosts was easy, great check in process. Highly recommended!

Location is directly above supermarket and short walk to tram or bus ride to Town. Free Basal card made this easy. Lots of room in apartment which was spotlessly clean. WiFi was good. Coffee capsules for coffee machine were wonderful

A picture of the keysafe would have helped as in the dark it was huge and freestanding so was looking for something small on the wall. Instructions on the luggage storage and how to manage keys then, together with instructions on door to luggage storage re access. I was rung twice on the day I left and then sent several messages asking where the second key was whereas i had followed instructions perfectly as to where to leave it - this sadly soured my view somewhat as otherwise I was happy with the place

Very clean and presentable. It had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable

A little to far from the city centre, but the was a bus stop nearby
