Easy to check in, from Basel station took Bus 30 to arrive, bus station Erlenmatt 70 is very next to property building. there was no reception but very easy to check-in. we are family of 5 include kids, they give us very good accommodation, size of room is good with living room, store as additional. facilities are very good. All kitchen items were available.
NA, after 9:00PM I think its very hard to find grocery. slightly hard to locate as it is slightly inside the main building.

Calm and peaceful with all facility feel like a home.
No ventilation in the bathroom. Please arrange the exhausts system.

New, clean, spacious. Smart key to open. Location.
Bed mattress are very hard that you wake up feeling you slept in the floor, the body hurts. No air conditioning, just 2 fans. Trash smell in the corridor and elevator lobby area.

Beds were lovely, very clean, very nice shower, easy instructions on how to open the Sofa beds, Nice to have coffee and Sugar/Milk left out. Overall the apartment was excellent value for money and i would highly recommend.
TV remote batteries were wasted so whereas we could turn on the TV we could not change the channels, We were in Basel during extreme heat- 36 degrees. It would have been nice if the apartment had air conditioning.
