A staff member came into the room without knocking, which I didn't like at all, and it would have been better if there was a smaller pot for us, and everything was fine.

I would recommend this place for longer stays, at least 2 or more days.

The apartment itself is very spacious, clean and bright.

Eventhough we were supposed to stay 3 people, the third bed was not prepared in advance. It’s in a walking distance to the Bad Bahnhof but abit out of the city center however very well connected with one bus only.

Nice accommodation but a little bit to far to the city center

The apartment was new and very clean. The TV had over 500 channels, even it wasn't smart, I could see TV Channels all around the globe, even from Australia or Middle East! 2 adapters for the power socket on the table. 2 set of keys Very easy check-out - you just have to leave the keys on the table and close the door. A lot of beds - but what for? They weren't separated by any wall.. there were 4 beds in the same room. The apartment had a balcony with chairs and a table and also an oven. You could use the laundry provided by the hosts.

The accommodation was not that close to the city center, either you walk 30-40 mins, or you take a bus. Since our room was on the top floor, we heard an annoying sound from the rooftop chiller system, which created a steady white noise until 9 PM. The apartment had a sliding door between the living room and the bedroom, unfortunately the sliding door cannot contain any noise, I suggest that maybe you build a wall based on a drywall between the rooms.

Happy to have stayed there, a good location.

Stayed for a week. The location was absolutely perfect: close to public transit, a short ride to the airport and train station. Groceries store is in the same building. The apartment and furniture look clean and fairly new.

Our only complain was the pillows on the beds - cheap thin cotton balls pillows. It's hard to enjoy your stay if you can't get a good night sleep.

We didn't have enough pillows (just 4) yet it's an apartment for 6. The aspirator of the cooker was not working.

Perfect location and modern flat

Location was amazing, only 7 minutes by foot to the train station. The bus 30 connects to the main stops. There is a shop and restaurant below the building. The flat is totally modern and has everything.

I would suggest adding salt and oil to cook.

We had a lovely stay at HITrental Basel, best recommendations.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. All of the furniture are modern and well maintained.

The only negative thing about the apartment is that there is no ventilation in the bathroom, and the AC could be a bit better. We stayed during summer, while the temperature was around 35 degrees Celsius, so it was a bit uncomfortable without ventilation and stronger AC.

Very good and relaxing!

Spacious, quiet. Short walks to tram and bus stops. Supermarket in same block. Washers and dryers available for washing clothes downstairs. Kitchen was well equipped. Very efficient check in.

Only a couple of small things: the pillows were very low. Would have appreciated a hook on the back of the bathroom door to hang clothes, and a mirror in the bed room.

Had a real issue with the washer used. Could not get door of washer open. They had previously had issues with this also. However they sent the property manager out once I complained. Took a long time for me to get laundry done!

Perfect, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. There's a local Coop, bus stop and train station nearby. Everything that we needed was provided. The Basel card was extremely useful and made our visit even more worthwhile.

the location was close to a range of public transport links and not far from the centre of Basel there was a supermarket in the building complex the flat was nicely furnished and had all we needed there was a communal washing machine

It was modern and very clean, we could easily accommodate 3 adults and 2 kids. Loggia was very pleasant.

I could imagine a bit better kitchen equipment, e.g. the frying pen was very scratched.

The apartment is very clean and fully renovated in a modern style. Value compared to hotel rooms in Basel is unquestionable.

The sofa in the living room is very uncomfortable and awkwardly placed to watch TV.

Recommendable

Very clean, comfortable, and convenient apartment for longer stays at home. Not far from the city center on foot and easily accessible by public transport. Groceries within the building. Leaving luggage in the office after the check-out time was very convenient.

The bed was not that comfortable, having a rather thin mattress. Newly developed residential settlement on the edge of an industrial area, within a rather low to middle-class wider neighborhood, but we one doesn't feel unsafe.
